The only minus is that the parking area is narrow. Tread with caution when entering and exiting because some still drive too fast. I almost hit by someone in a rush to take a turn into I parking. Also, the cup used for my coffee buckled under heat of coffee and burned my hand so make sure the lid is well placed

Ordered a cookie crumble and the lady waited til after to see if I tipped to make the drink since I didn’t tip they made the drink awful bad place do not go to this location

Unfortunately the only Starbucks that’s open early enough for me to pass by on my way to work. I have had multiple bad experiences, the worst being last week when I ordered ahead and went to pick up my drink in the drive thru. I sat at the drive thru over 5 minutes and could see my drink from the window, and was ignored by the staff. Today I ordered ahead but to pick up so I wouldn’t have the same bad start to the day, however I stood inside for 10 minutes before someone told me the machines needed to be cleaned and they wouldn’t be able to make my drink.

Live Love Travel

Always a laugh or a smile when I showed up. One employee was trying out a new accent on me and she was hilarious. I was in the area for just a short time but really loved it there.

Ordered an Americano the lady behind the counter didn’t wanna make espresso so she just switched it to a black coffee without asking.The employees found it funny when I got upset.Go to any other Starbucks it’s even more expensive here.

I usually walk in and order. I sit there usually for 5 mins without being acknowledged. The person that attends me usually has a crusty look on their face and does not smile.The music is too loud and it's horrible to try and study or work there.

They are always out of things I want to get everytime I go

Every time i come to this Starbucks, they take absolutely forever. Today for example, i had to wait 30 minutes IN STORE for my drink which is just absolutely unacceptable. This has made me late for my class and i should not as an in store customer have to wait that long. I didn’t get my drink until i ASKED for it, and the reasoning behind it was that “there was a sticker issue” and if that was the case, why did no barista let anyone in store know??? I would like a refund for a waste of my time

Waited over 10 minutes in the line (which is more than fine, it happens)so I decided to place a mobile order to speed up the process (I don’t have to order at the window and the beverage is already paid for). When I pull up to the window, some too tall, blonde girl is rude and tells me don’t order in line next time on a very rude manner. I only gave it two stars because clearly she’s having a bad day..

The barista named Sydney was incredibly rude. I frequent Starbucks, and I understand having a bad day but being flat out rude and giving me a look for asking to redeem my stars is kind of extra. Don’t interact with customers if you can’t have basic decency with them.
