I had a terrible experience with an Indian girl. During my 13 years living in the US and having been to many coffee shops and this is the worst in terms of service, the staff has a very rude attitude. I read all the one star reviews and everyone had the same experience with the service.

i ordered the Lavender matcha- the new drink just come out. The staff made me a Venti cup that was nothing like the picture the store posted And when I asked again why it wasn't the same, they said that they didn't make it the same, but when you drink it, it will be the same, and it will have the taste of Lavender. I am a long-time customer of startbuck and usually when new drinks come out at all other stores, they make them exactly like the pictures post. If you can't do the same as on the posted image, then don't produce that drink, Because it looks like a lie.

Well made drinks. I would sggest putting a little less ice in the Pink drink though. His cup was over half full of ice so he received very little drink.My Frapp was delicious as was his cheese danish. The banana bread was ok. It was bordering on the dry side and had almost no banana flavor.

This has GOT to be the friendliest Starbucks I've ever walked into. The moment we stepped foot inside, we were greeted warmly by the baristas and staff. DC was a super kind gentle giant and very informative in regards to the drinks. We both ordered brown sugar oat milk shaken espressos. I had a grilled cheese, (yes a grilled cheese for breakfast, lol), they're delicious, ok! My husband got the bacon, sausage egg wrap. We will definitely return before vacation is over. Go check them out. You won't be disappointed.

This location is inconsistent. While we had some great previous experiences, today’s experience was terrible. We walked in and the gentleman who was making drinks is singing VERY loud. Then after a while he starts dancing. It was unbearable. I was going to purchase Starbucks packaged coffee, but couldn’t handle this, so I ended up leaving with just a latte.

I am not one to leave bad reviews. Not my thing .. but I had to for this encounter today. I’ve come to this Starbucks religiously for YEARS because I work in the area. Service has become so bad (especially for the older tall woman taking orders) that I only come in for a breakfast sandwich. I occasionally come for a drink but due consistency, I stopped that. Here is the photo of my sandwich … this is not the first time it’s come like this smh

The baristas have great service and my drinks always great. I like to study inside and the music is always incredibly loud. Today they’ve been playing the same song on repeat for the past 30 minutes. And it just restarted again. Maybe stick to the drive thru at this Starbucks.Update: The songs has now been on repeat for more than an hour. Time to head out.
