The customer service at this location is levels above any Starbucks I've ever been to. Everyone is so nice! Shout-out to Josh at the drive-thru as being one of the nicest, most positive people I've encountered in the wild recently. He makes my mornings just a bit better.
For some reason not a single Starbucks knows what a Frappuccino is! Everytime I order without fail I never get my Frappuccino made as a Frappuccino! Always just plain coffee! I give up on Starbucks!
