had an amazing experience! Kay was a bright personality that welcomed me and informed me of the progress of my product. it took a little longer as we hit it at prime time and they were very busy. wish there was a drive-through, but Kay made it very enjoyable to walk in. even remembered my order the next day!

Phenomenal hospitality from Kay! She went above and beyond! She is an asset for your company and her bosses should know what an asset she is and that they found a absolute gem when hiring her as their employee!! If I was her boss I would do everything possible to make sure Kay gets the recognition she deserves! I think Kay not only deserves kudos and a pat on the back but also deserves a raise and promotion. Sadly, these days finding amazing customer service is rare.. Which is why if I was her employer I would do everything possible to keep her working for me, including raises and promotions that she has worked extremely hard for and deserves.. While my husband's at a work meeting, I decided to grab coffee and I just so happened to stumble upon this Starbucks. After meeting Kay, she was so kind she made my wait time fly by! When we come back to Orlando, I will even go out of my way just so I can come back to this location and the ONLY reason I would go out of my way to come to this Starbucks is because of how wonderfully every single customer was treated by Kay! So for this return customer, your company has Kay to thank for that! Thank you again, Kay!!! Plus, my service animal LOVED her PupCup!! ?❤?

Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had. This Starbucks has been deleted off my list to visit. The fact that you have 9 individuals working and still can’t keep up, is embarrassing. But to my experience with them. Made my order to pick up, get to the store and there are about 25 cups on the counter waiting to be picked up and about 12 people waiting inside for their order. It didn’t bother me, because I knew I was early for my order. Waiting, people would come in and out with their dogs, having them rub against you. I love dogs, but they don’t belong inside anywhere where food is being prepared or served. Also, you should teach your dog not to try to lick anybody’s hand. After 10 minutes I receive my “hot” coffee. One of two drinks. After 12 more minutes I ask about my second drink(at this point I am annoyed), the employee checks and looks straight into my face and with a smile says “we are going to work on that now”. After 5 minutes she returns with my second drink, an iced tea. They had me wait 25 minutes for an iced tea. Nothing special on it, no special instructions. Just a regular peach iced tea. She hands it to me, says thank you and have a nice day. My response was “it was nice until I decided to come to this store instead of my regular “. No apologies. No “let me make the hot coffee again for you”. Nothing but a thank you and don’t forget to tip. Tip: This store needs better leadership. Not management, leadership.

I was impressed with the kindness of the whole crew. I was at one end of the cafe when I overheard Kay repeatedly greeting every customer with a kind comment. She also insisted on helping with a minor issue with my order., all while getting orders ready for pickup. I assumed that she was manager and was surprised to find out she was not. I got the impression she would like to be a manager one day . Anyway, it was a great place to have a coffee!

Horrible wait times and horrible coffee. Id say 9 out of every 10 drinks i have ordered is made wrong. If you order a latte you get a half glass of warm milk with no coffee. Better off getting coffee anywhere else!

Recently started going to this Starbucks as it’s on my new commute to work. I have ordered ahead on the app at least 10-15 minutes before arriving. Even though I order ahead my order has never been ready and I am always waiting another 5 minutes once I get there for my drink and watch people come in and order and get their drink before me. The people who work here are really nice and I always feel bad because I don’t want to come off as a rude customer but I never had this issue with any other Starbucks. Sometimes when I order a shaken espresso, the drink isn’t shaken, they give it to me and I can visibly see the syrup coffee and milk layers and not for nothing but it’s a $7 drink before tip so i want to be right ?‍♂️. Again, the people here are nice but I really think they need some extra staff to help out in the mornings because they are always behind on orders and then it affects the quality of the drink you get because they are rushing to keep up. Please help this location hire more people!
