Service could be better. I felt like I was bothering them when ordering and because I forgot the sizes. The lady that took my order wasn't very friendly

I wouldn't know about the service or food. The website said they were open until 6 during move-in week, I practically sprinted across campus to get there around 5:20 and the were already closed! The lady said, no we closed at 5 today ... well thats great, cuz Now I cant get to any of the other locations either. AWESOME! Sucked!

Can definitely get packed during peak hours, but in the early morning they’re very quick. Even during peak hours, the wait is not unreasonable. This is my go-to Starbucks on campus.

Pros: drinks have come out good!Cons: it took a while for them to get off their phones at the front counter long enough to help those of us in line. I mean I get that it’s a college but guys, come on. My triple iced espresso came out to nearly $6 somehow. It usually costs me $3 at other locations. Maybe this location upcharges? Which sucks for us students.
Got an iced Caramel machiato...it was quite tasty...sat and used my tablet to arrange some things...very handy. I'm sure I'll go back...

I always buy coffe here because I was a Barista from airport Starbucks and I know all the procedures but today my order was a mess . My blonde coffe was extra black no matter I order 2 tall blonde with warm 2% milk and 5 sugars they give me just 1 but the cashier in the drive thru fix my order and my breakfast sandwich was messy in the package ...she give me another. Any way I remember when I was working for Starbuck we trying to do everything perfect. ..Youngers people....

This Starbucks is conveniently located on the second floor of the UCF student union, and other than occasional supply issues, has everything a typical location should! This includes their food menu too. They get a lot of foot traffic throughout the day, but the line moves quickly. Due to this; however, drinks aren't always made perfectly. For instance, we ordered two brown sugar oat milk shaken espressos, and they came out completely different (not badly, but they tasted like separate drinks). I like that they play lofi in the immediate area to set the study mood. It helps to drown out the noise from the gaming booths nearby. Pay your local campus barista a visit soon!
