Always the best. At the entrance to Universal Studios to start the day right with a delicious coffee. All the products are always top notch and the service was very good. This particular store is beautiful. Super recommended.

The bacon sausage wrap is the most tasteless thing I've had in America, and when I asked for salt and pepper, they said they don't have any.I will give them points for quick service, and the iced latte was quite nice, so it wasn't all bad, but if you're going to have food here, either deal with the bland flavour or go somewhere else

December, 2023, Stopped there on day 2 when leaving park. I wanted to purchase a 20$ “You Were Here” Universal coffee mug. Ordered Iced coffee, no classic, add soy, add whip. Unfortunately both cashiers were new and training and he was putting in wrong instructions for my drink. Also adding charge for soy which is not done with iced coffee. Pulled over shift manager who flatly stated all non dairy has a charge. And then he walked away to talk with someone else. I was going to place order for the 5 of us along with my 20$ mug. I said no thank you and walked out. Customer service unbelievably poor. Went across to Cinnabon instead and returned everyday there for the rest of our visit. BTW I’m a gold star card member for Starbucks.

Our recent Starbucks visit was marred by a 30-minute wait for a simple drink. Despite noticing others who ordered later receiving their drinks first, our request for the $30 souvenir cups we had purchased was denied with the explanation, "hot drinks are made first." The staff's refusal and subsequent 5-minute wait, during which four more people cut in line, highlighted a significant service issue. For a company of Starbucks' caliber, such operational inefficiencies are unacceptable, leaving us questioning the overall management of this location. A disappointing experience that calls for improved customer service and efficiency.

I ordered a trenta pink drink with oatmilk instead of coconut milk I got a venti and as a repair they put it in a bigger cup and added more ice that's not what I paid for and as an employee of universal im severely disappointed and upset by this.
