I have been coming here for a bit because it’s right next door to me. Convince. Lately for some reason I am having nothing but issues. From how the drinks are made, to one day charging extra for something to another day making it with the extra but not having asked for it, to being given the wrong order to not being allowed to use the rewards on my app to sometimes being allowed when they feel like it. I understand things happen. I also understand only participating stores can do certain things. So if that’s the case follow that always. There’s one team in particular who I never have issues with and it sucks that I only want to walk in when they are working because even if I can’t use the rewards I know the customer service will be great. I always tip 5 and up and give the respect regardless. The service I had today from the manger on at 12pm was unwelcoming and non understanding and that sucks. I hope in the future things will get better or at least become consistent.

The cashier kept on asking me 20 times my order when I repeated it slowly several times. Along with that they got my order wrong and they had to remake two times. The staff are very slow. It took me 30 minutes just to get a drink.

Decent enough Starbucks to grab a coffee. The staff is friendly and professional, adding more to a somewhat early Sunday morning experience. It has a nice enough ambiance that you would expect from a Starbucks. All in all, a good way to start my morning.

I come here several times per week in the early mornings. Shatoya and Amaya are what makes this Starbucks special. They are always welcoming and smiling. I hope the owner knows that these two lovely ladies are the reason that I keep coming to this specific Starbucks. May God bless these two young ladies and the owner for having the wisdom to hire them.

Being a fan of specialty coffee, I never come to Starbucks for food quality, but it normally is very good on service and atmosphere and today was a four-star day on those.
Best Starbucks ever! All the girls are welcoming, loving and polite, they know what they are doing what means no complaints and the bar area is a very much touch, only thing missing in my visit was margaritas ?? but was 10am.Yes, I recommend this location ?☕️

BEST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE! I'm from Seattle and came to Orlando for a three day vacation. I've come to this Starbucks every morning right outside my hotel (Home2) and this Starbucks is my far the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Nichole, Ernasia, Brittany and Chaia have been there every morning and are the sweetest baristas ever, not only for Starbucks, but for every coffee stand I've been to in Seattle. They greet everyone when they come in through the doors and say bye as well. Coffee is perfect every time, ambiance is amazing because of them, food is great and everything so well kept. I've worked in foodservice as well and this store beats a lot of restaurants I've been to. Every store should be like this. I would come back for these reasons and the girls!
