My recent experience at Starbucks was disappointing, and I bought my breakfast before I picked it up when I asked for it. It wasn't ready to go.

Was there on Wednesday around 7. The younger girl, Ashari, was INCREDIBLY helpful and managed to recommend a new drink flavor while keeping up with my chitchatting. If you’re there in her shift, try her recommendation for an amaretto latte!! The other baristas were friendly as well, but she has a real knack for customer service and made my visit amazing. I didn’t wait long for my order, and the tan seemed hard at work with things around the store as well.

Stopped in to pick up a mobile, turns out I’d ordered it wrong so originally the drink was not what I wanted. At first there was some confusion/pushback but they went and got the manager Ashari and she was super chill, fixed my drink herself and corrected the team politely from what I could tell. Store was very clean for being so busy & I appreciated the help. Very cool people.

My recent experience at Starbucks was disappointing, primarily due to the unclean environment in the store. The lack of cleanliness was evident, and it significantly detracted from the overall experience. Furthermore, my simple order was incorrectly prepared, and the barista's lack of hygiene added to the overall dissatisfaction with the visit.

As far as Starbucks go, it was just fine. Surprisingly quick service for such a busy location (at the outlets). No complaints about my order or the folks working there.

Ashari, with Starbucks, did not help us when Starbucks gave us the incorrect order. When we went to get it corrected, she said they could not correct it. They could, They just didn't want to. We had tipped, and they still kept our tip after we returned our order. Need better service. Need to stop taking peoples tips if the service is not provided.

Watered down coffee. The espresso is very thin. The servers were tired and look overworked. The decor looks like a train station.

Dirty and for future reference as I was told I need not to ask for water. Well for future reference I won’t be visiting again. Beyond rude when it took less than 5 seconds to give me a cup or water after buying something.

Manager had the most petty attitude and kept talking to me in a very sarcastic and rude way while trying to respond to my complaint about an issue with my order, had to go to the other Starbucks at the food court to get the issue properly solved. Would not waste my time or money

I’m from Washington state (where Starbucks started) so I’ve been to quite a few location here and in eight other states. The absolute worst one is at the Vineland Premium Outlet in Orlando, Florida. I was there in early May of this year. There were seven people supposedly working there but other than the two stocking new merchandise and the girl manning the cash register, no one else seemed to be interested in working. The place was dirty. I saw how the three making drinks treated (didn’t clean) their work stations, and I was grossed out. I watched my ice tea being assembled so felt it was safe to drink, but I felt sorry for anyone who wanted anything more complicated.
