Best happy hour prices/variety in Disney! Beer, wine, and cocktails all included and hours and days that exceed all others.

This place has the best happy hour by far at Disney Springs. However, it seems like every selection I like/ want, they are out of like spiced rum. But my biggest complaint, is there is no bathroom and the "doorman" told me to go use the Disney Springs community bathroom next to the Coca Cola store. Initially it's not an issue, but the more I drink, the smaller my bladder gets it seems so walking 200 meters to a bathroom gets old quick.

First time visiting planet hollywood. The food was amazing and staff were really attentive. Loved seeing all the outfits worn in different movies/music tours that was unique. Quite reasonably priced compared to other places in Orlando.

If you're at Disney Springs and it's really crowded, like most days, go to this place. It's always quiet with lots of seating and a very good selection of craft beers and other drinks. Plus, they have a great happy hour. I always stop there every time I'm at the Springs.

The good: fun atmosphere, good music, Salmon was good. The bad: literally everything else. The biggest issue was the food was SO cold - not even microwaved hot. This included the chicken in the sandwich, the chicken strips, everything on the appetizer platter, and everyone’s fries. No soda refills. 4 people, 4 drinks and 4 dinners = $250 with tip. There’s way better food and fun to be had in Disney Springs. :(

Went here for a bite with my son at Disney Springs. Nachos were bland, they added tasteless grilled chicken to it, and I had a burger that must’ve been frozen it had no flavor. You can do better almost anywhere else in Disney Springs.

Very crowded!! Overrated!!! Had a reservation and still had to wait 30 minutes on a table!!!! Very loud atmosphere!!!! Service was ok and food wasn't what expected!!!

The experience was poor from the start- first we entered through a side door and headed up the stairs to be snapped at that we had not checked in at the door, when we said there was no one at the door the hostess retorted “ummm just look there was”. We were then seated on the 4th floor which was empty but we were sat right next to the bathroom, when we asked for a nicer table we were told to sit wherever which was nice but felt like we had caused a fuss. The waiter then gave the children adult drinks in error and when we got charged the $15 each he said they drank them and you get the cup!?!? And the food was awful, it was cold and I mean all of it the meatballs the burgers the fry’s were all cold, for what it was it was expensive and our one bad meal of the trip!! Don’t waste your money!!

Love the atmosphere. It is fun to sing along with the music. The food was great. Only thing I was not thrilled about was the French fries. Our waiter Thor, yes, that was his real name, was nice and funny.

I always try to be fair in my reviews but on this occasion one of the worst experiences ever at this establishment, service was so inadequate with food being very bland in nature. To add the table for our family group was right next to the kitchen doors in/ out was hectic to say the least making it very uncomfortable - we tried to move but we’re refused. Whilst some people writing reports give a more favourable report I am afraid I just cannot and yes the time we were there was busy but that should never be an excuse. Steer clear next time in am in town…..

We were there at 4 pm on a Tuesday. Disney Springs was packed, but this restaurant was not by any means. About 20 minutes for drink order to be taken. I ordered water with lemon - had to ask for lemon 3 times. Took forever to order food. Fries arrived cold and hard, veggie burger just fell apart. Gave 2 stars because my husband said his LA Lasagna was okay.

Looks good from the outside. Once you’re inside, opinions changed. Staff were generally miserable. Food and drink extremely pricey. Food was beyond mediocre. I got the burger and it was terrible. Arrived cold and it had no flavour whatsoever. The whole place just felt tacky. I would not recommend. My friend bought a cocktail and it was somewhere in the range of $20. They try and justify this cost by allowing you to keep the cup it arrives in. No thank you. Avoid.

We had a really nice dinner here. The prices were normal for Planet Hollywood, but cheaper than Disney which was a plus. The burgers were delicious. Service was good, but they were packed. Overall good experience.

I feel like this place has so much potential but for me, it just fell short and there are so many better places to get a drink at Disney Springs. I will say there was no wait on a Saturday night and we just walked right in and sat at the bar. Also, I'd rather sit at the actual planet Hollywood bar if you're right there. Usually no wait there either and much cooler vibes
