Wow. It's been a long time since I've been into a steak and shake. How disappointing it was to find out that there's no waiters or waitresses. They should discount the price because you have to do all the work order the food pick up the food clean up the trays put it in the trash but you have the prices are just as high as they've ever been. Your food comes out of plastic can you get plastic utensils that you can't even pick up the food with. I understand that you are losing money and closing stores but it all makes sense now. This will be my last visit. Sorry to say goodbye to a childhood memory.

It's a greasy experience but they always nail it here by getting my customizations right every time.. Fast service and the Kiosk makes ordered so easy. The self service soda machine is cool where you scan the QR code from your receipt to get your drink.

Clean and nice. Good food. The problem is that you have a kiosk to order food... you have to go get your food when ready. Then clean up after yourself. This is all good at home, but then why are they asking for a tip?!?

We used the drive through. There were no napkins in our bag and we had to ask for ketchup. They could ask if we need ketchup.
Did an order in store to takeout. Food came out very quickly. They have QR codes to fill your own soda. Looks mostly self service now. Far from what I expected, but effective and gotta change with times and demand.

My son got off of work, ordered him and I food, as soon as he got home (2min away) the chicken fingers were dry and hard as well as cold. The fries were cold as well. If I’m going to pay 20$ on “fast food” it should never be sitting in the warmer getting dry. This was a terrible experience.
