Worst experience I have ever had at Subway Subway on Edgewater drive. placed order online was supposed to be ready at 5:30 got there they were working on someone else's order that was waiting in line then they did another order and then someone else showed up to help since there was only one person working in the store. she started on what she thought was my order which was not didn't get my food till 6:05 mind you was supposed to be ready at 5:35 it was the worst Subway sandwich I have had from there my husband's was not much better don't know what's going on with this location I've always had good service there and the food has always been good but there's something definitely wrong.

Never in my life have ever been disrespected by a fast food employee, I came into the restaurant to order a sub. There were already two people and one checking out in front of me as I sat in line the employee was doing her job. I don’t know where is. She asked me if I was waiting for an online order and I reply no and then she copped an attitude saying that I was looking at her crazy when I was just trying to hear what she was saying they continue to go back-and-forth with me when I asked her was she OK? Cause I didn’t understand what was the attitude for when I just walked into the restaurant she was an African-American woman was short pixie brown kind of Capri hair color. This subway is literally next to my job. I usually bring my own lunch to work but it’s been a hectic day so I figured I could get a sandwich. Next door the employee was completely in the wrong disrespectful and rude for no reason it is not my fault it seem like she was flustered with how many customers she had, and that she made it seem she was alone. I’ve worked in restaurants. Plenty of them when I’m by myself I understand it could be hectic, but if I was dealing with a rude customer, I would’ve definitely understood where she was coming from but I literally just got to work I’m tired I’m not letting this go and I’m going to speak with upper head cause I was just completely wrong and I honestly feel like she shouldn’t get away with that.

Favorite subs are meatball, sweet onion chicken teriyaki, and the turkey (but they have more and also the option to create your own, which it's always a good option). Favorite bread is the Italian herb and cheese. I love the Chipotle southwest wrap and the double chocolate cookies as well as the macadamia ones, but the oatmeal and raisins are good, too. The restaurant has nice seating and fast service, and the associates are friendly and well known for the menu items as well. With a good variety of sandwiches and wraps, healthy food and sides, I have to recommend this restaurant if you want a healthy option of food in your lunch break or if you want a light snack.

I'm rating this subway relative to other subways, not all other restaurants. I like this subway because it doesn't seem to get a lot of traffic so there is never a wait. At least all the times I go. The staff is always very friendly and efficient and it is always very clean. Definitely one of my favorite

Getting worse… ordered online to pickup in store. Looked thrown together asked for more lettuce in the online order with the subway App which is an option and it didn’t come with any. That is why tipping before you get your food, which is what it asks on the app, is a sham.

I went to this location on July 26 2023. The sub was good and fresh bread but the double chocolate and the oatmeal cookies were not fresh and very crumbly. Stop being lazy and make fresh cookies!

I've been coming here for a few weeks since it's the closest location to my workplace. Although first impressions with the staff were not that great, a girl by the name Shay has definitely brought light to the atmosphere. She's kind, patient, helpful and serves you with a smile. The best one out of them.Quality wise, I haven't had any bad experience with the food so far. The portions are sufficient, prices are average and the freshness is still present.As far as the restaurant goes, it always seems to be organized and cleaned overall. Furniture needs some improvement, though.Thank you, Shay! You won a loyal customer.

As a business owner I feel sorry for the employees you guys have running your business No customer service or urgency sense at all the lady rolled my sandwich at the register not even in a prep table that's against DOH policy and company health
