If there is a 0 star I would like to give 0.when I was waiting the server had a online order and she said (Elsie) 'you will wait.' I understand because she work by herself. But I asked her "how long it's gonna take?". she said I don't know that's too much. " And she was like doesn't wanna work. Also she did not pay attention to cleaning. She was wearing a glove and went to the lock door with same gloves and continue to prep order with same gloves.

We came to this beautiful place called subway. It had this cool oval sign that said open! Guess what? The doors were locked! It was so delightful to be greeted by locked doors and an empty window. NEVER come to this place. Waste of time. What’s a shop without employees?

Today 9:16 12/13/23Look the poor employee needs better pay ..like I work in subways n I know we can get overwork this location sucks but it's not the employees it's how much work you giving to one employee... You guys should have at least three in this store one manager one doing the subs with a second one to help them cash ppl out it's all team work I gave one star cause I felt bad such great employees y'all not trying to make your employees happy this why there giving attitude I'm now a ast manager n I'm telling u can't overwork your employees there going to die out n give rlly bad performance wanna be better gotta have team work n making the employees feel like it's worth it

I would like to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order. I ordered two subs which were supposed to be made into meals, only to find that our drinks were missing from the order. Attempts to contact your store by phone were futile as there was no response.Moreover, the subs themselves were not prepared as requested. One of the subs was meant to have extra chicken, which was not added, and neither of the subs appeared to be toasted or contained the cheese as expected. This discrepancy is especially disheartening considering the specifics were clearly listed on the receipt.As someone who holds fond memories of Subway from previous visits, the nearly $40 spent on two subs and four cookies felt exorbitant for the disappointing experience I encountered. I had been looking forward to reliving the quality and taste of the US Subway that I remembered from many years ago, but unfortunately, this visit fell drastically short of expectations.I trust that Subway takes customer satisfaction seriously and I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of quality control and service standards at this establishment.I would appreciate any measures taken to rectify this experience and ensure that such oversights do not reoccur for future customers.

Second try at this store, second frustration. Same big man on dreads as fast as a turtle looking at customers with a killer eye. Takes forever to get anything out of this place. Awful.Place needs a management or a definitive shut off
