Showed up on a Friday at 9:20 PM, 40 minutes before close. The only man working looked like he was cleaning so we asked if they were still open and he very rudely told us to get out and that they were closed. We checked the sign on the door and it confirmed that they closed at 10. We were kicked out before we could even order. Terrible, don’t go here

No one was out front when we came in. Had to say hello.m that we were there.. No tomatoes. No receipt paper to get receipt. Employee was not real friendly. One napkin dispenser was empty. Tables needed cleaning. She didn't have water cups so I got nothing to drink...didn't offer the pop cups to use instead. She stayed in the back most of the time. Chicken was overdone. Not a real pleasant experience.

the subs were made in a very sloppy way put so much mayo and didn’t put any of the cheese i asked for the subs ended up looking messy and weren’t what i ordered they looked unpleasant highly disappointed please get better staff or tell them to put at least minimum effort into the job so you don’t get any more disappointed

Terrible customer experience. The manager Rebecca has an incredible attitude problem that needs to be tamed when dealing with customers. Very unprofessional. When I picked up my food and there was no avacado they were in knowledge that they ran out and i I had to come back inside to get it because they hadn’t told me when I came. Keep in mind the resteraunt was completely empty there were no distractions. and when I asked for a refund she immediately started having an attitude and making excuses. Is it wrong for me to ask for something I paid for but didn’t receive due to you not letting me know ? No matter what. If you are in knowledge that you are out of an item that costed the customer 5 extra dollars. You tell them. It honestly seemed like they were trying to rob me by keeping it a secret. So terrible. Please double check your orders and get a refund for what you don’t get. They will try to rip you off and in this economy people can’t be stealing anything even if it’s 1 dollars things are too expensive these days. I highly advise you go to a different subway and if you do to this one good luck with Rebecca and her attitude problem ? CHECK YOUR ORDERSSS

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! The young lady who prepared my sandwiches had the worst attitude and did not have any respectable customer service skills. She also made a huge mess. Will not being going back here again.

Both restrooms were out of service. The person who prepared the sandwiches made a mess with them. She offered only two options for bread type. She was showing her dislike for the job while preparing our subs. She had an attitude. she hates her job and serving other people. After taking our money she disappeared in the back and there was no way to calling her back to the front. This was Sunday 12/10/23 at 6:30 pm.
