Visited this location on 12/9 as an online carry out order. The sandwich was lacking in meat, toppings, and way too much pepper that it was inedible. I filed a complaint online. Shortly after I was contacted by JILL EISENHARDT, the supervisor. She apologized for the poor experience and stated that if I wanted a refund or a new sandwich that I would have to return to the location with the sandwich. This is extremely poor customer service. I got carry out for the convenience because I was recovering from surgery, not to make multiple trips to Subway until my sandwich is made correctly. This sub cost $11 and was absolutely disgusting. JILL EISENHARDT should do better by her customers. I responded to her email with a picture and how disappointed I was in her response and she never got back to me. If you want a good sub from Subway, visit the location in Debary. It’s a lot less expensive and much higher quality sandwich. I would recommend getting a sub from Publix next door if you had planned to visit this Lee Vista location. Less expensive and sooo much better than what they are serving up there. Will never return to this location. Do better JILL EISENHARDT.

Warning if you use the Subway app. I have been hacked multiple times and had fraudulent orders placed on my credit card. If this happens to you and you contact Subway they don't take any blame and put it all on you. Terribly ran company.

2 x same lady, short and blondish, made subs that had nothing on them. Lettuce was empty so she put 2 pieces of lettuce on each sandwich. 4 pieces of olive and banana pepper. Horrible. Do not go there. If you do and she's making your sandwich, turn around and leave. Please do not think I am joking.

I've done it at other locations where I was able to split payment on two different cards unfortunately the elderly here don't know how to do that. Or if it's not possible they waited till after I've ordered the sandwich and am very very hungry and I got to go back to work as a nurse without lunch. It would have been nice to tell me they couldn't do that when I asked them at the very beginning could they split the payment

Requested store pickup for a toasted turkey sub with extra veggies except tomatoes.Received an untoasted, uncut soggy mess with almost no veggies (mostly the ones I asked for less of) and half a bottle of mustard on it.What's the point of Subway if I have to add the toppings myself at home and scrape off half the condiments just to eat it?

Store staff was rude and embarrassing. My Card was charged the amount of meal, the amount was approved and no receipt came out. She told me I had to pay again. I called my bank and it was posted to my account as a charge on that day, that time and that location for the 1st meal. I told the staff but she refused to give me my paid meal. They are bias and their energy isn’t in good intentions.

I'm done with this location and the incredibly rude staff. There is absolutely no reason to treat another human being the way 2 of the 3 ladies who were working today did. The attitude, abrupt responses, yelling and way they ignore customers is appalling. I've seen it before and brushed it off, but today was it. Please learn how to treat a fellow human being with decency and kindness, and if you dislike your job so much, go find a different one that you'll enjoy more.

The staff was screaming at the older staff in here 70s saying I know how to count she gave me 25% of my money and when I confronted her she grabbed the 75% and threw it where u pay and made me pick it up.
