I had THE WORST experience at this subway yesterday. The employee who help me stated he was the manager but he refused to make my sandwiches the way I wanted it made. He refused to work with me and even though I already ordered online and came to pick it up he told me to just cancel the order and leave. I told him it’s already paid for, we spent almost 10 mins going back and forth arguing and he wouldn’t make my sandwich the way I wanted. It was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!

Hello, I visited one of your establishments today and mind you this was not my first time visiting this particular subway, I've been there two other visits in the past month, and I always get the same thing the same way. I always order a tuna sandwich and get the vegetables on the side. I do not like the vegetables on my sandwich and usually whoever is working there, works with me and places it in a container for me or the cookie bags without any issues or problems. However I placed an order online since I was in a hurry and wrote in the special instructions that I would like the vegetables on the side please. I arrived while he was still make the sandwiches and placing cheese on them and putting them in the toaster, I informed him that I was there for the online order. He got my sandwiches out the toaster and didn't seem like he even read my special request and he was about to start putting the vegetables on the sandwich when I stopped him. Then I explained that I would like all the vegetables placed separately and not on the sandwich and he proceeded to inform me that they can't do that and it's not allowed but I've been to many different subways and they have always done that for me and I've been to this specific subway within the past few weeks TWICE and they also did that for me as well. Then he goes to explain that it's not allowed and when he finds out who did it he's going to write them up and that I can either get all the vegetables on my sandwich or none at all. He was not willing or trying to accommodate or compromise and work with me. I asked if I could pay for a bowl and he just place it in the bowl and he said no then I asked him to put it n the subway paper that they use to wrap the sandwich and he also said no it won't work, I asked him could he try and he refused. He kept saying he was the manager and he's not going to do it. I even asked him if I could just purchase a large cup and he place it in the cup but he still kept refusing. I told him I would pay for it and he told me no several times and that I could either just cancel the order or take it how he's going to make it. I left and told him I would cancel the order. In order to cancel online the app said I had to call the restaurant, I called twice and he seemed to be the only employee in the store and was not answering. So I return back in the store and he was on his personal phone just talking to someone and I told him I called to cancel but he wouldn't answer, so I just had him give me the sandwiches since he wouldn't even cancel my order. It was HONESTLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had with an establishment. Like I don't even want to ever return because it left such a bad taste in my mouth. This establishment should definitely be investigated and looked into. That is no way a manager should talk to someone. I wasn't even being rude, I was trying to find different solutions to the problem and he just kept shutting it all down. I felt like I was not heard or valued.

I had a horrible experience at this location I encountered the most incompetent person fixing my sandwich that I have ever spoke to in my life and ironically he had no name tag just the fresh sign to the top left of his hat!. Thankfully to the coworker Chez showed us great customer service and was sadly shadowed by Mr. fresh!

The only employee today in the afternoon shift was so slow and rude, wouldn’t even greet customers who walked in because was busy with 1 order, everyone walked out, so slow, just a piece of dead meat standing there, horrible franchise

The only subway in the whole area that has a manager that always looks super bothered and employees that don't even talk to you when you walk in.. Horrible service last time I walked in. I felt unwelcome.

I went to the store with my brothers and the lady there treated us like we were bothering her, we were very respectful to her but she still had a attitude towards us. she doesn’t know how to deal with people specifically kids she should not work customers service.

I’m a 13 year old who came to the store with my brothers (14,17) and the woman working was very rude and impatient with us and Kept rushing us even though we were the only ones in the store. She was to rude us she could reply ti a simple questions about the menu item and told me to read it myself . She used a threatening tone of voice on multiple occasions and made me fell very unwelcome and threaten. The amount of attitude I received from the beginning to end is unacceptable in any store.

Poor service , you order on the app so you dont have to wait. When you go there and they are just starting to make your subs ,mind you I was 10min late from my pick up time. The server tells me she just got the order at 2:25pm (that was the pick up time )she got the ticket at 2:09pm.Her excuse, she doesn't like working these hours .Well I did not leave there till 2:45pm.The subs where not up to par ,sloppy made, barely any meat in them, never again will I order from here .Called the branch manager twice never heard from her .

The door was locked at 7pm when the closing time is 10. The girl wouldn't open the door.

Don't come to this restaurant, it's a bad idea. employees have no training to serve customers. They raise their voices and threaten you. The two girls are always talking to the boyfriends and they don't pay attention to your order. I came with my family and it was a very bad experience. They took a long time to serve us and all the sandwiches were burnt and none, NONE, had any sauces that we ordered. We had to wait for them to finish talking to their boyfriends and they told us loudly that they did everything well. Chick Fil A has the best customer service. try it.

My family and I ordered our sandwiches online and arrived at the restaurant to pick them up at the time the app said. there were no customers ordering inside, we asked for our order and the woman who attended told us with a very bad attitude that that order had not been made yet. we had to wait 30 minutes longer than the app said to be picked up. We checked the sandwiches and none had the sauce we ordered, we checked the receipt and there was the sauce that we ordered on the sandwiches with the app. I went back inside and asked to please put the sauces on the sandwiches and the woman told us out loud and without looking at the receipt that we had not ordered any sauce on the sandwiches, I told her to look at the receipt and she told us that she didn't have time to do that. that she did not make that order and therefore it was not her problem, and that if we wanted the sauce we would open the sandwiches ourselves and she would put the sauce on them. I asked for her name since she didn't have any tagname and she refused. This woman shows no respect for customers and she has no training to serve restaurant customers.

It's local, so we'll use this location when the mood strikes. It seems to be always quiet here and with that comes the issue of the ingredients not being as freshly rotated out as a busy Subway would. So sometimes the lettuce will be looking rather brownish and thus can have you question how long everything has sat out for.
