This was a random stop for dinner while we were visiting Orlando. I have been to the one in Vegas years ago hoping to have the same fun experience. Unfortunately this was a big nope.We had a party of 3 and the first thing the hostess asks is if we had reservations. I replied no and looked around to see a half empty restaurant. While we were seated promptly, service took even longer. Our waitress was friendly and got our drinks right away. But, the food is a whole other story. It took 30-40 mins to get our meals and when we received it, it was luke warm and overly salty. My son barely made a dent in his basic chicken fingers and fries. The chicken was chewy (and salty). My husband's burger was made well done instead of medium, so needless to say that it was a super dry burger. My cajun pasta was heavily covered in parmesan cheese (and again, salty). The atmosphere was like being in a club with dance music blaring and big screens showing mostly the Kardashians as the main ambassadors of the brand. Maybe I'm just old, but it was truly in your face obnoxious.Be prepared to spend $100+ if you have a family of 3 or more for fancy cafeteria food. Better yet, don't even bother. To the families with littles: steer clear of their bulk candy because it's $20/per pound! Who knows how long the candy has been sitting in those containers, especially in the Florida heat. While it may be super tempting for the littles, it will cost you an arm and leg for one tiny bag.

Currently on hour two of our wait.. we had reservations at 5:30. We called and said we were running late, they confirmed that was fine.We waited about an hour and asked how long they thought the wait was gonna be.. we were told they were waiting on some people to finish up so they could clean tables. We asked again and were told the same thing…I get that they are busy, but they should have been expecting our large party and had better communication & overall restaurant management. Can’t comment on food or atmosphere because I’m not sure if we will ever make it inside

It was my first time at the place with my partner and I was definitely dissatisfied. Our server was a very nice young lady, she wasn’t the problem. We made our order and we told her we wanted our order to be plain (no veggies, no mayo, etc) plates when we got the plates back both had veggies. We sent them back and they sent mine with mayo and honestly whoever was playing music was only playing recommendations from this one table and they were SUPER LOUD. Thankfully the manager was a very nice person as well and fixed our problem but definitely a place I would not go back to.

If You Are Looking For A Once In A Lifetime Experience, This Might Be Your Kind Of Place. This Isn’t Somewhere You Would Eat At All The Time. First Off, The Goblets For $47, & The Milkshakes Are Anywhere From $13-$25. You Are Paying For The Experience, Not The Quality. We Had 6 Adults & 8 Kids, And Our Bill Was $700 Including Tip (Automatically Added). They Were Out Of Champagne For Mimosas, & Had No Beer Even Though The Menu Said They Did. The Waitress Told Us, "We Haven’t Had Beer For A While Now." Like I Said, We Did It, But We Wouldn’t Do It Again.

Over priced, under delivered. While visiting Orlando, I opted to stop by with my family. The experience left a lot to be desired. The wait time was ok, the atmosphere was cool as we belted out popular tunes played by the DJ, and the service was acceptable. The food was ??. I think the cook slowly prepared the items one at a time and then brought them out together. The items (omelet, pancakes, burger, wings, and more) were not fresh, cold to touch, and bland in flavor. I was soooo disappointed. HOWEVER the birthday song was a nice touch. Will we be back, no.

If I could give ZERO I would. The only reason we even came here is of course because of the kids. This place is a joke! Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is so overpriced! They don't even have a kids menu! Service was horrible! The place is run down and freezing! You can grab amazing food and so money other places in Orlando that do not rob you!

I would never eat here again, I felt sick after eating the food, like it was unclean. Definitely not worth the price. No flavor or any thing .

My girlfriend reserved a table for us and her kids and on Easter at noon. Thought the kids would enjoy a nice/fun Easter meal after church. We arrived prior to the reservation time and were asked to stand outside until our servers arrived. Evidently the servers were late because we weren’t seated until about 12:15. We put our order in right away (were told the chicken tenders weren’t available when we initially put in the order). After waiting 35 minutes for our food we were told that there was no meat available for the two club sandwiches we ordered. It was a pretty comical experience. What kind of restaurant doesn’t have menu items for lunch service on a Sunday? At least when we left with empty stomachs due to the lack of food and poor service the manager didn’t make us pay for the drinks we ordered and gave the kids a little candy to tide them over until they could finally eat somewhere else.Would not recommend this place. Even the overpriced food we saw on other tables looked pretty poor in comparison to the pictures in the menu and online.

The waiter was nice. That is the most positive comment I have. The place is the opposite of clean. The music is LOUD. I wanted the vegetable quesadilla but they were out of that. They did however seem to have those same vegetables on anther diners order. I ordered the Cesar salad. I did not enjoy it. I am not sure what kind of Cesar dressing they made or use, but it did not taste like any Cesar dressing I have had before. The menu says shaved parmesan. It did not find any shaved parmesan on my salad. I suspect it was some kind of artificial parmesan from a can. They were unfortunately generous with it. Which IMO added to the awfulness. Another member of our group did not get her food until the rest of us were almost finished eating. I was relieved when it was over & we left. All of us agreed we would never go back & had all been disappointed.

Ordered dessert and a drink. Drink prices are insane. $19 for a tumbler size spicy margarita. If you are sensitive to noise you should probably skip this place. When they have birthdays they blast the music and bring a dessert to the person. This happened 4 times while we were there. The bathrooms were so dirty, no toilet paper, paper towel on top of the machine. I will skip this place next time I'm in Orlando.
