My wife and I were in Epcot today when lunchtime came around. The massive Quick-Service restaurant next to the big store was mobbed, so she suggested we go to Sunshine Seasons in The Land. This is a good spot for a quick meal and if you want different options. There's sandwiches, salads, etc. The prices are good for the park and it's very quick. I would suggest during high times one person in your party finds a table because it is a little difficult in there.

What a hidden gem in Epcot. I needed to go somewhere while my friends were on a ride and I came across Sunshine Seasons. It's tucked away in the food court area that Living with the Land and Soarin' are in, and it's downstairs across from Soarin'. What a great find!
