WOW! Best sushi I've had so far ? I've been looking for a good sushi spot and tried a few places but this one exceed all....A lot of sushi places these days charge more but give less, but this one is different. The price is good but the quality is even better ?. I was pretty sceptical at first since there's not that many sushi roll options...but was not disappointed at all. They did an amazing job! They even have a "create your own"! I'm amazed!!!! Must try! Excited to try their poke bowls next visit!!!!

So sad to say this bc I have loved Sus Hi for years. Never been to this location before though and I went 45 minutes before close. I think they gave me some tofu that had been sitting there all day. It was inedible… the next day I woke up with food poisoning and I think it’s from eating food that had sat there all day. So sad to say I will not come back to this location ?

It says in their door and google that they close at 9, but went there at 8:15 and it was already closed and the employees inside cleaning. Another couple came and told me that it happened to them before and this time again. Very disappointed after a long drive from work and hungry. Never going back to that location

2nd and last time ordering to go. Ordered at 4:30pm to be picked up at 5:30pm.Walked in at 5:30 and was told “5 minutes”. Our order was finally handed to me at 6:00pm! There were no other customers when I walked in, and several by the time I left.Cooked items were of course cold after a 5 minute drive home. The sushi is decent but this is the second time we’ve ordered in advance, arrived to pick up and still sat for 30 minutes waiting on them.They are definitely Sus-hi!

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a bowl with romaine lettuce as the base. The lettuce was frozen and inedible. The tuna and salmon are very low quality. Just thinking about it makes me want to puke.Do yourself a favor and head across the street to Poke Hana instead.

Outstanding service! This location has made several improvements over the past year or so, adding new seating and games, tablets to order food, etc. But their service takes the cake for this review. I just ordered a to-go order and left without realizing part of my order was missing. As I was sitting at a light, Ninja Roach literally drove his car to find mine and deliver the rest of my order. I have NEVER experienced customer service on this level. Give Ninja Roach a promotion, pay raise, employee of the month, PLEASE.

This is the second time something with my order is wrong, i usually order online, first mistake i order spicy tuna I was given regular tuna instead, also asked for sauce on the side and the order came with no sauce at all.I love the food but service needs to be better.

We've driven by this place quite a few times and decided to pop in for lunch after a work out recently. The vibe inside is very well thought out and there's something to admire just about everywhere you look from anime merchandise, sushi decor and even a cozy seating area complete with couches, gaming consoles and flat screens to put your video game skills to the test while you wait for your food (I'm sure you can play after dining as well). Very nice thoughtful touch that sets them apart from other similar spots! When you place your order, you're able to do the entire thing virtually without ever speaking to an employee. It's a bit of a lengthy process but that might just be due to the fact that it was my first time. It's a little on the pricier side here compared to other restaurants where you "create your own" poke bowl, but the portions are generous. So keep that in mind when placing your order.. because if you order the "large" create your own bowl, you better have brought your appetite because it is massive! I found the ingredients and fish (I had tuna & salmon) to be extremely fresh and flavorful. This is certainly one of the better spots for a poke bowl in this area. Poke Hana remains my #1 but this is a solid runner up!

Food was decent, but a bit small for the price. (And I didn't order anything exotic).I'm not a fan of the kiosk ordering system because... (1) it creeps me out as after McDonald's implemented them, tests showed significant fecal matter on the screens; (2) it needs some UI/UX improvements; and (3) when my friend ordered after that, his food came out long after I finished eating.Wish I could tip *after* finishing my meal as I might've chosen differently.Pork dumplings were quite good.
