This was my first order from here and I’ve only waited this long because they’ve been closed for previous orders I wanted to place. The Chap Chae is SO GOOD. Our sushi was fresh and made with care.Kid-friendliness: I didn’t eat in but I would definitely take my kids there.

Sushi Lola's is OK! We really like the Wednesday morning roll, but it's been hit or miss. At least the food tastes fresh, even if a bit lackluster. We've come in for happy hour, and it's not really a great deal for food. You save roughly $1. Its 2 deluxe rolls for $26 (most of the rolls are $13 regular price and the expensive ones are excluded from this deal), and 2 regular rolls for $14 (the rolls are roughly $7 normal price). If you like wine and beer, though, those are bogo. Keep in mind, they are only open for dinner.

Each bite was a symphony of flavors, showcasing the freshest ingredients and expert craftsmanship of the sushi chefs. I remember really enjoying this restaurant when I visited a few years ago. However, when I visited on Saturday night before my friend's birthday party, it turned out to be a bad decision. We waited for a table for roughly 30 minutes, and the staff didn't communicate with us at all while we were waiting. When our table was finally available, it took them another 10 minutes to clean and seat us. Once we sat down, our server informed us that they had fewer kitchen staff because there was no dishwasher staff on that day, so we couldn't order Kalbi. We could only order sushi. I wish they had told us that when we were waiting so that we could have decided whether to wait or go somewhere else. For appetizers, we ordered Baked Scallop which was good, but there wasn't much scallop or seafood in it. I ordered Spider Roll, Jazzy Roll with Salmon, and Wednesday Morning Roll, while my husband got Rendezvous Roll and Crazy Japanese Roll. Unfortunately, all the rolls were average. The rice was overcooked, and the sashimi didn't taste fresh to me. The deep-fried rolls and ingredients were also very cold. Although I love supporting local businesses, I wish they would pay more attention to the quality of the ingredients and service they provide.

We celebrated our 2-year anniversary at Sushi Lola's and it was absolutely memorable! The highlight was the sashimi - each piece was fresh, expertly sliced, and incredibly flavorful. Along with our wonderful meal, the service was top-notch. Our server, a charming older woman, kept us entertained and laughing, making our evening even more special. It's the perfect spot for a delightful dining experience and great for celebrating special occasions like anniversaries!

The food was great, and our server was nice, but it took us over an hour to receive our food. We met here for dinner before visiting Dazzling Lights at Leu Gardens. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy our food because we had to eat it quickly so we could make our selected time at the garden. Again, the food was great, but it took way too long for the food to arrive from the kitchen to our table.

This was my first time dining at Sushi Lola's. It's a medium size establishment with a large sushi bar that is well staffed. They have a great imported beer selection. Their sushi roll selection is massive. I usually get sashimi and nigiri when I'm dining at a Japanese restaurant, but here I tried two orders of different rolls and they were amazing! Next time I'm ordering the sashimi and nigiri. Also, they have BOGO happy hour drink and sushi roll specials. The service was as good as to be expected. I'm looking forward to our next visit to Sushi Lola's!

My wife and I have been going to Sushi Lola's for years. Not so much now that we've moved a bit further away. Love the food and service. My only complaint would be how cramped it could get when their tables are full of customers. Their food and service trumps that, and I'll continue to come back!

The experience is ok. This is definitely not a restaurant that you just pop into, on your way to an event. The space is small but they definitely optimized space by getting as many tables in there as possible. Every table was full at around 6:30 on a Friday. Definitely bring a jacket with you. It is freezing in there. The service was ok. You can tell the staff was very hurried. Took 15 minutes to get a fountain drink. We waited longer than expected for our food then even longer to get the check. I think it was just an unfortunate combination of a full house and not enough staff. The food was good. I wanted to get some premium rolls but once I realized timing would not be good, I just got a couple of basic rolls. Now I know to go there when I have time, not when I have somewhere to be. Or at least get there much earlier.
