Terrible service. Ordered a dozen and a half cupcakes plus a dozen minis for a special event. The order was two hours late, didn't have the minis and over two thirds of the cupcakes were inedible with frosting having no sugar (half of them were literally colored butter) or tasting bitter and off. We were offered a partial refund for half a dozen and that's it, they didn't even care that they basically ruined the event

Sweet by Holly has been a favorite of ours since they opened. The are consistent in size and quality as well as presentation. We love their flavors and especially their minis. The service is ok. Their staff is friendly at the Waterford Lakes location. Their ambiance is just ok. It is a small store with a few tables. We never stay to eat the cupcakes at the store as we often have guests waiting for them at home. Top hat, red velvet and coconut are our faves but honestly, all of them are great!

DO NOT hire them for your wedding!! My daughter ordered mini cupcakes and a cake topper months in advance and paid them. The cupcakes and topper were NEVER DELIVERED! The wedding coordinator called several times and emailed several times when "Holly" didn't show up....no response!! Can you imagine how we felt with NO WEDDING DESSERT for our guests!!! Publix came to the rescue, but the emotional damage was done. When my daughter called them, they weren't too concerned or even apologetic. They offered to give her money back (DUH!!) and a complimentary 6" cake.My wedding hair and make up specialist that I just hired for my bday dinner said she has heard that her clients have had trouble with Sweet by Holly like no follow ups, no communication, etc.Again, don't let it happen to you!! Their walk in shop is fine; but their WEDDING BUSINESS is the pits!!

Sweet by Holly is a cute store located in Waterford Lakes with delicious cupcakes. They have flavors ranging from simple vanilla and Nutella, to Boston crème, key lime, s'mores , and so many more to choose from. They also have gluten free and vegan selections.Come to the store on Mondays to enjoy mini cupcakes for $1. Also great and friendly service.

I had Sweet By Holly for the first time for their gluten free cupcakes. They were super cute and I liked them a lot. They tasted like normal cupcakes. I would recommend to anyone who has to eat gluten free and wants a delicious dessert!

We loved it! We ordered 2 cakes online( Smores and Peanut Butter Cup). It was easy to order and pickup was a breeze. The girls at the bakery were friendly. Both cakes taste great, but the Smores cake was more of a hit! Would buy it again!

The reason for 4 stars is because the delivery charge was almost as much as the cupcakes to a location fairly close to the shop.

I needed a large order of cupcakes for my boss's wedding and I only had about two weeks to find someone! Brittany was the main person who helped me and got me in for a tasting quickly! She was so sweet! I also needed a cake 2 days before the wedding and they had no problem at all making it for us! I was a little nervous but everything came together so nicely and quickly! I highly recommend this place for cupcakes! My boss LOVED the key lime cake they made for us last minute and for that I am super happy! Thank you to the staff at Sweet by Holly for making this go so smoothly! I totally forgot the name of the lady that called me when making the delivery but she did mention she was the one that made the cupcakes and cake so I also wanted to thank her for being so kind and for making some bomb cupcakes!! I will deff recommend this place if anyone is looking for cupcakes!

No pictures because we ate them WAY TOO FAST!! What an absolutely adorable little cupcake shop! It was my husband's birthday, and I wanted to surprise him with some delicious cupcakes. I definitely stepped into the right place!Thankfully, I only bought 12!! I can't actually say which one was my favorite, because every single flavor I tried was my favorite! You won't be sorry, any flavor is outrageous!

Absolutely loved this place!! Very hard to find something when you have a sweet tooth and your gluten free. The cupcakes were spot on and I got a slice of cake for later. The place had alot to offer for gluten free and regular items.. cute outdoor sitting area to enjoy your sweet treats .. highly recommend..

Sweet by holly is a good/fine place. They charge to much money for a mini cupcake. Now if you are getting a cake it is an amazing place. They got rid off the ice cream machine. I prefer the dirt cupcake.
