Horrible experience. I was hungry and I decided to go to Taco Bell to eat, and I ordered a hard shell taco with no veggies. When I got my order, the shell was soggy, and there was NO MEAT. They just scooped out the veggies and the meat and didn't even bother to add the meat back. There wasn't cheese as requested, and there were still veggies in it. I'm never coming back. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID!

The workers tried to start a fight with us for laughing with are friend at a funny snap story she stormed us outside as wouldn't let us pay she was horrible including her friend they tried to accuse us of laughing at her kitchen and the drive thru? Even though we were just watching a funny Snapchat story of are friend don't recommend those workers are rude and horrible and wouldn't even let us talk to them they just stormed us and said "what's up" yelling at us wouldn't let us explain anything so rude

Do not believe any review that's over a 1 star, because it's either super old when maybe this place was better or from the owners on fake accounts. I’ve eaten here multiple times. The food is always good except these people do not know how to put tomato’s in a taco that includes tomato’s. Every single time I go here. I get a 3 taco supreme and literally no tomatoes on all of my tacos. Like how do you screw up something so simple everytime and not to mention. I applied to this Taco Bell recently and stood there for like 10 mins waiting for an interview because no one was attending to me even though they could clearly see me. Manager wasn’t there so I had to come back. I came back. Had to fill the same form out again and when I give the form to the employee. A different employee comes to me and says that regarding my availability the manager can’t hire me, so I just left and wasted my time, so I was just thinking like wth. This rude manager didn’t even give me a chance to see what kind of person I am, to see if I’m experienced, to see if I’m a hard worker and clearly I was very interested in the job and dedicated considering I came back. Might I add I was willing to work 4 days a week basically any shift that’s not after 10 PM. I would’ve been willing to work holidays as well and even if she didn’t wanna hire me because of the availability. She could’ve at least told me herself that she wasn’t gonna hire me, but nope. You’re too lazy and bad at your job that you get an employee of yours to tell me, but on the bright side. It’s not too bad that I didn’t get to work there. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with lazy employees and manager like that anyway

I went to return a order because it was incorrect and when I got to the window one of the employees was very rude and started making jokes about me. They made me a new item but honestly I don't trust eating it with the way that I was treated. I asked for her name and one of the other employees told me it was Taylar, I'm not sure if that really her name but she has blond hair that was tied up I think it was short and she always has a mean look on her face. I go to Taco Bell regularly and I've never had a good experience with this one which is in Avalon I'll never be coming here again. The Taco Bell on Alafaya next to Walmart is wayyy better!!
Worse Taco Bell ever. Staff is rude and the general manager with the nose piercing and tattoos is even worse. It’s a bunch of rude kids sitting on the counters , AirPods in their ears , smoking their pens or whatever those things are chilling like they aren’t working. Leave you at the window after they took your order & forgot because they all seem high. Will never go back to this location. Look at the reviews and listen they’re true. They need an unexpected inspection.

Absolutely ass service and very hostile. Was told to move out of the drive thru when no other cars were behind. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for 2 items and when my food came out was cold like it had been sitting the whole time. The chicken tacos I got were BURNED not edible at all. Everything in the box was just open and thrown in. Had to throw away everything. I want a refund. They just need to shut this place down already. It's never been good with anything.

Drive thru orders wrong EVERY time. The food is wrong or they forget to put stuff in. Staff is extremely rude. Nacho fries are always cold. This location has gone down hill so bad the last few months.

Never seen a fast food restaurant literally close their doors on walk ins at 6pm with no lines in drive through this place needs to be imploded and replaced with a car wash or storage facility or anything else. As you can see customers after customers trying to enter and doors locked. This place needs to be investigated and shut down for false advertising of operations hours and pay your employees based on location what they need to get paid so you can staff the place. Terrible close this place down you are no good to this community.
