Their crunchwrap gets smaller with every visit, and last time it was missing the nacho cheese. Also they have had up a sign of a discontinued drink for over a month, so whenever I try to order it, it’s not available. It’d be great if they could at least take it down to avoid confusion

I like the guy working the window of the drive thru hes super sweet everytime we come :) He was singing last time and my quesadilla came out perfect. I wish i knew his name, im sure yall know who im talking about tho respect to u!

I don't know what happen, do they change their menu the brown rice and white rice is freaking salty and it's so saggy! I bought several times I thought it just a mistake but its 3 times I bought it. When I come home I didn't enjoy my original family meal I need to wait and cook my own rice. Come on men, pls get back that plain brown rice.Dietary restrictions: I have a hypertension I need a low sodium

Drive-thru was a standard wait. Not too busy and not considered a long wait. Communication was good. Speaker was clear and did not have any interference.Drive-thru operator was professional and polite. Once we got our order, after we were back on the highway, we discovered our order was not correct. We ordered the Grilled Steak combo, and did not get the Grilled Steak. We ordered 2 Flatbread melts and they were not hot, or even what I would consider warm. Of the 7 Beef SOFT Tacos, we only received 6.

For some reason this location has all drinks shut off for selection on the Taco Bell app making it impossible to order any combo through the app. If you select any other location, this problem does not exist, leading me to believe this is an error on the restaurant side for this location.

The food is great, the issue is the online app. It tells you on the app that you are allowed to order the “build your own box” for $5.99, but when you try to finish the order it won’t let you choose a drink. We went in to ask if we could just do it in person because the app wasn’t working and they said they didn’t offer that online deal. waste of time. I’ll take my business else where.

Since arriving to the area, there have been a few Taco Bell's around. This is by far the best Taco Bell yet. It's in a quiet neighborhood, clean, quick, and accurate online service. And pick up is super easy. The parking lot is well lit and nicely landscaped. It's our go-to Taco Bell.
