I ordered online from here and I ordered 5 items I only received 3 of the items. The three cheapest items I order. I did not receive my empanada or my burrito I ordered . I’m very disappointed in this store the sticker on the bag had all 5 items I ordered , but I only received 3 items. They even put the sauce for the empanada in the bag but not the empanada. I work in fast food myself and this is just unacceptable , to completely leave out items and still put the sticker on the bag that clearly states the whole order and give it out is a joke. I will not be ordering from this store ever again and hopefully you guy hire some employees that are capable of doing there job, it’s really not that hard make sure the items that the customer ordered are in the bag. Honestly Taco Bell y’all should being doing better really this is sad in my opinion. Y’all have truly lost my business I paid 20 dollars and received 9 dollars worth of my order. YA’ll NEED MAJOR CHANGES AT THIS STORE .

All the way garbage ! Go to a different location. This place was terrible. I spent $45. My food was not even close. I ordered no lettuce ,got extra. Ordered no rice , they put rice in dishes that DON'T even come with rice. I added extra meat , not even kinda. I added guacamole, got some on one dish & everything else was drenched with sour cream. This was terrible! Hey manager reach out. I also didn't get a receipt to my email. FYI so you can look it up ,my order was under TY H. This happened on 2/3/24 around 10pm.

Vanisha was so rude to me and my friends, kept yelling and trying to kick people out 2 hours before closing for just talking

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. They close at 4 AM and already they were kicking out people who WERE ALREADY EATING AND SEATED at 1 am… Vanisha was the one yelling at everyone for no reason. She was passive aggressive and closed half the restaurant with half of college students already seated. She was making slick comments under her breath and was lying to people saying the wait times would wayyy longer than they really were and that they were closing soon so people would leave. Again it was 1 am and they close at 4 am. Vanisha Was a horrible HORRIBLE employee and I can speak for everyone saying she made the experience REVOLTING. I sat down and I couldn’t even finish my food because she was trying to kick me out since I sat near a big group.

Vanisha is the rudest employee at this store. Came in with a group of people and she was clearly just upset about the rush. She yelled at the store two times and threatened to call security on us and we were just trying to order. Also pointed out our group specifically saying we were the loudest ones in the room and said she would kick us out if we didn't quiet down. We were not the loudest and there was many other people in the store so it was loud because of the crowd. Eventually she came over and told us she was closing this side of the room clearly as an attempt to kick us all out. what a terrible attitude and super disrespectful woman.

Rude and slow employees. I’ve been here twice and both times I have been met with a negative attitude apart from that they are always super behind on orders while they’re laughing and playing around so every order takes forever to come out. Horrible

If you aren't going to actually wait on people, you should probably hae a better system than the cooks yelling at customers to order in the kiosk. Everything isn't available on the kiosk, and the yelling is not only rude, it's humiliating.

Did a mobile order and order said rdy but 20mins later it still wasn’t. Not sure if it’s training and/or poor management but corporate/owner needs to get involved. There was a min of 20 customers waiting for food in that 20-30mins and had only 4 employees. This is the 3rd time this has happened. It’s such a shame to not only be treating your customers with poor service but also your employees get no assistance either. They need more staff or better training on how to service the flow of traffic.
