I ordered food at store 039602. Waited over 25 minutes and had to just leave without my food because I had to get to an event. I asked the workers if they wereWorking on any front of house orders or just drive thru, I was told I might want to order in the drive thru instead, even though I already paid and ordered. I just left, without the food, and wasted the time I could’ve eaten before the event. No customer service and no apology for delay.

Least functional Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. Yesterday the entire operation just melted down and people were waiting 35 minutes for their pickup orders. Today I I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes already and who knows how long it will take.This place needs a serious intervention, they’re just not capable of making food and getting it out anywhere near as quickly as any other Taco Bell on the planet.

it was dirty, and one of the staff had kids there while they worked. it was night and they were little and nobody was watching them.. didn't feel safe in there and the kids shouldn't have been alone for that long.

they took my order and i paid and everything and waited over an hour and my order wasn’t even ready. i went up and asked about my order an hour in and my order hasn’t even started yet after 40 minutes. worst taco bell experience ever never come here. also people came in after and had there order taken after me and had there food before mine, i got 1 burrito and 2 quesadilla are you kidding me??? it took around 1:30 i cant believe this service and the workers there, i understand it’s late and stuff but come on. AGIAN NEVER COME HERE.
Went to drive thru, was asked to wait one moment.Waited THIRTY FIVE minutes in an EMPTY drive thru line for them to acknowledge us on the intercom and the lady had a huge attitude. I had ready order 40 minutes prior to this via the mobile app. Once I got to the window, we waited an additional 10 minutes for her to shove our food out the window. We would've left if we hadn't already ordered and paid in the app. Would never go here again.
