5:30pm on a Friday and their lobby is closed even though I can see several employees just standing around lmfao. Get your store together Taco Bell. Also aren't offering multiple items?

Always out of food and always closing early, if you're short staffed change your times so I don't have to waste mine, or get new management because this is lazy straight up...

Gone here 3 times and 2xs they were closed. Around 1pm and I had to ask again, what? Closed! Then 1 night they were only open for food pickup. I've given up not going here at all. Will go over to the Loop East location (which they'll falling down that rabbit hole too). Service is so lacking knowadays it sad.

I'm pretty sure this location is closed now, but if it's not it should be. Every single time I've ever ordered food from this location it has been wrong with incorrect and missing items and is always ice cold (it seriously felt like my food was being stored in a refrigerator). And when your order is wrong and brought to someone's attention they will yell at you and tell you to leave (no refund for the missing items). On top of the incorrect orders this place never seems to be open for business. I can't tell you how many times I have driven to this spot just to be the only one around. The last time the only vehicle in the parking lot was a county vehicle and there was tape around the doors. My husband and I suspect they failed a health inspection.

First of all I always go to this Taco Bell and usually have to wait forever but tonight really did it. After being told to please hold for the longest time in the drive thru with no explanation whatsoever I decide to go inside to order. Once I try to order I'm informed that the lobby is closed and that I need to order through the drive thru. After waiting for more than 10 minutes?? And the girl that was working the drive thru on 8/26/21 at 10:00pm had a really nasty attitude. Definitely not someone I would want representing any company with that kind of "customer service". Hire some more positive people.

Went to this location 35 minutes before closing and when arrived at the drive through, I was told they were closed. When i asked about the schedule no one responded.....what a load of incompetent people!

I really don't know why the just can't get our order correct. They more focused and getting you out of the drive through then making sure your order is correct. Out of 10 orders I would have to say 2 would be correct. Also how do you make a order and don't put napkins or spoon when needed in the bag. They simply just don't care!!!
I hate writing a bad review but Taco Bell is my special treat. Twice now I've ordered from this location. Both times the food was cold (seriously the cheese didn't even melt a little) and tasted stale. Chaluparito with black beans. The beans are warm. The shell is hard to chew. Potato taco, the potatoes taste like they were made this morning. Very disappointed with this location.

I'm done with this location. Twice they've gotten my food wrong. I ordered two chicken soft tacos (no lettuce), side of nachos and a beverage. First time they did not include the nachos. Second time they put lettuce on the tacos. I got home and discovered both errors. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Get your act together or shut down already!
