I bought two meals busy drive three went to work and to find out that my crunch taco was missing????? "Ladrones" $20 worth of food long line and no taco???? Nóoooo...people please don't for get to check your food and hold the drive thru line till your order is complete

The Taco Bell staff is very slow, they spent the entire time I was waiting for my order talking about their personal lives, giving priority to their personal lives and not the customers or the food.

How long is an acceptable wait time for a walk in order when nobody is in the store?? 20 minutes? 30 minutes? I ordered on the kiosk but as far as I know they didn't even know I was there. After 20 minutes I left.If this is the best you can do you might as well close down.

I ordered a #5 with stake and this is what I received with only 4 pieces of stake. I was given a receipt so I couldn’t make a complaint the correct way. I wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.

Maybe I'm old school, but I miss people at the counter. Although the food was good. You get ignored by EVERYONE and are forced to use a tablet to order.

Waited 27 minutes for an order being the only group in the restaurant. Watched several cars go through the drive thru. Employees ignored me when I attempted to ask what was taking so long. My friend had to leave without his order to catch his flight. This location is severely understaffed and needs better management. When I did get my order it was wrong.
We walked in, and there were 2 homeless people inside. 1 was sleeping at the table and had clearly set himself up for the day. The other smelled like he was in portapotty on a construction site in the middle of Florida summer. Needless to say, we ate our food in the truckThe food and workers were awesome, though, so that's a plus.

This particular Taco Bell location is off of Orange Blossom Trail and Taft vineland Road. I used to eat here three times a week when I was working at Freeman AV so this was my go-to choice. With that said, the service was fast. The food was delicious. The staff was pretty polite and helpful. They are open late. You can count on that. You know then opposed to some Taco bells that try to close the doors a bit earlier than they should which I did. AppreciateVegetarian options: This Taco Bell does have an advertises dietary menu options for vegetarians like burrito bowls and taco salads. It's not like a super large menu like Chipotle however there is a dietary restricted menu
I rarely ever review fast food services, but as a person with a moderate to severe reading disorder, I did not notice the white piece of paper on the order and kiosk that said there was no Baja Blast and thus I ordered one.. to which the order taker rudely responded with “ can you not read the piece of paper? We don’t have Baja Blast”.. and then I told him I had a reading disorder and he just had a very nasty attitude about it..And after it was all said, and done, the Taco that I ordered barely had any meat in it. I would not recommend this Taco Bell branch because they don’t have polite staff, the person at the window who gave me my order was polite, but the person who took my order was very rude.Normally, I don’t get upset over things like this, but come on.. I know Taco Bell is one of the worst places to work. It’s corporate fast food , but don’t be a jerk.

I made an uber eats order. I called the store for almost 10mins just for them to add sauces to my order and was getting no answer. I also had a missing item from my order.
