This is one of the few fast food options downtown. I’ve only visited during daytime hours and never had any issues with the food. However, the staff are extremely rude. And for some reason, they yell at you that you MUST use the kiosk to order even though there’s three or four people standing behind the counter, just talking or looking at their phones. Sounds more like they simply don’t want to help you. The owners/management should be made aware.
This one is typical for a Taco Bell but dang are the hours of lifesaver when you are out for a late night. Staff were nice and patient with all the somewhat inebriated people in the area. Nothing was missing or messed up with our order either which is nice at a fast food place.

I like this Taco Bell. It's located downtown Orlando. It's not from the train, the main Lynx bus station, museum, library and more. The Taco Bell has big windows, so you can people watch. It's also wheelchair accessible, and willing hands if you need help with a door.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is not push activated, that's why I said there are willing hands.
