Rude workers and I will never visit this location again. We got to the register, and we waited for about 5 to 6 minutes before anyone said anything and when she did she said go to the kiosk machine we told her we didn't want to we wanted to pay cash at the register she said there's no one at the register but there was a gentleman that was walking back and forth behind to the register and the soda machine refillling the straws and napkins when he came back she said to him help that man sitting there because he wants to pay cash, not us but someone else that was behind us in line so we asked her why are you having him help him and not us and she says in a very rude way because he doesn't know how to use the kiosk machine we looked at her like are we invisible so we told her we want to pay cash as well she said but the machine takes cash so I asked her why she wasn't able to help the man on the kiosk machine so he can learn and she says oh he doesn't want to so we just walked out and we'll never visit this location again.

Service was absolutely horrible, the employees extremely rude, forgetting items ordered and when approached with feedback on situation, the manager was very dismissive and said "did you get your order" and shut the window in my face. As I drove away they found humor in it and were all laughing it off. After reading the reviews it seems that this is typical of this location. Very unfortunate for the owner/ operator of this location unless this is a direct reflection of how they run their business.

Horrible, all I ordered was nachos and a taco to go. Decided to eat there. Taco was broken up at the bottom so all the filling falls out, then the beef nachos had no beef an insane amount of fried beans, and then after digging through the thing I asked for a new item, they through a spoonful of beef an handed it back with the cook yelling she wasn’t going to make another one and that I must’ve ate the beef! What the heck?

I received excellent service from Deion at the drive-through. She was kind and very helpful, with a huge smile on her face when we pulled up. Despite the late hour, she was a pleasure to deal with and made sure our order was correct. She even offered us extra sauces. Taco Bell made a great hire with Deion. We need more people like her in fast food places!

We tried again, but we probably shouldn't have. My wife ordered her food without sour cream, and when we got our food, it had sour cream. She went inside to ask for a new food item and the staff was very rude.We spent 19 dollars on food here at taco bell, and to have it be prepared wrong as well as get attitude from staff because they messed up.Won't be back.Terrible customer service.

The service was extremely slow. We waited about 15-20 mins to get served our order once we sat down. They then got our order wrong. Gave us a free takehome frozen Baja blast for the trouble tho so meh.
