The man working was very kind considering I'm unfamiliar with a lot of Taiwanese cuisine. He even spent some time to have small talk. Feels like eating at your uncles house.Some reviews say some soups can be bland, but they supply condiments and would rather you adjust to your own taste to cater to more people.The glutinous rice sausage and cold braised beef shank were my favorite!I'm excited to come back and try more.Oh and the coffee was really good too!“
“This is my favorite Chinese bread location! Unfortunately they raised the price again and now you are looking at $3.50+ for bread. The bread quality is very good. Extremely nice and soft. The selection is massive and they are putting out fresh bread throughout the day. The customer service here is always consistent. The shop is very, very clean. We have been here over 20x and have never experienced a dirty visit.“
“Visited Formosan Garden in the Golden Sparkling Plaza and it was a great experience! The stir-fry rice noodles were tasty, offering a mouthful of flavors with every bite. The fried tofu was perfect - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It's rare to find a spot that nails both dishes. Service was good. Ambiance was definitely cozy. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic, delicious Taiwanese food. A must-visit for both locals and visitors!“
“A great Taiwanese restaurant with friendly service and authentic food. I recommend the crispy salted chicken and white chopped chicken. Be sure to order a drink, it's not expensive but better than many outside drink shops. The Earl Gray milk tea has a very distinct flavor. You can ask the lady boss to customize it for you. It's a pleasure to eat.Given that I am a real Taiwanese from Taiwan, I am pretty sure that the food here is wonderful. They authentically express the taste of Taiwanese food. Please don't take this the wrong way, but I know some Americans do not like the food here just because they think Chinese food should be like Panda Express.By the way, I really recommend their boba tea, they are so confident about their beverage and they gave me a try. The smell of tea is very strong, and it illustrates a perfect balance of milk and tea,. They deserve to be proud of it.“
“I came in while in the area and tried the special Thai Creme Brûlée with boba. The staff was very attentive and quickly took my order. My drink was delicious! The perfect sweet treat. Inside other people were seated ordering food but I just ordered tea from the counter and sat on a bench to wait. The space was open and clean. I look forward to trying more flavors.“
