My boyfriend and I traveled from Tallahassee to see our favorite band FROM TALLAHASSEE playing downtown. We were not let into the bar the band was playing at as my partner is 20. It ruined our night and the entire city of Orlando for us. We then found here, and everything turned around, amazing food, great environment, and such an awesome queer friendly spot. Literally, the best food I've had in years, everything on the menu looked tremendous, but the four tacos I tried blew my FREAKING MIND! The Tom Yum Mojo Shrimp, Thai Peanut Chicken, Pernil Asado, and Mary's Greek Lil Lamb, all each had such unique flavor profiles, I've never tasted anything as savory and delicious as that. Service was friendly, helpful, and quick. We got our food in less than 10 minutes, while it was busy, late on a Friday night. We will definitely be telling anyone we know going to or even through Orlando to come here. I would come back here all the way from Tallahassee, just to eat food here again. Seriously, this place deserves to be visited by Guy Fieri, Gordon Ramsey, or some food personality. It deserves more exposure, go here if you haven't.Dietary restrictions: All dietaryParking: You can drive in off the road and immediately find a parking spotWheelchair accessibility: All areas of the restaurant are accessible by very small ramps, and all floors are on a single open space. You could literally roll in off the street and be unobstructed.

Love this place. So friendly with delicious food. I love the tofu and the mojo shrimp tacos. Options are available for vegetarians and vegans. The beet arepa is my wife's favorite dish so far.Vegetarian options: They are very clear with what is and is not vegan. Very accommodating in altering items as well.Parking: Maybe twenty spots. Difficult during busy hours.

Too many restaurants in the greater Orlando area are sustained by the "reviews" of so-called influencers, and tourists. It's evident that former "hype" and nostalgic locals are the only things keeping this place going. The menu and brand concept seem fantastic at face value, but the excecution leaves much to be desired. I have to believe that this place was actually a great spot at one time (long, long ago). Unfortunately, it seems that it is no longer worth the visit.Indoor seating is closed. There is a small outdoor area with (unkempt and a bit dirty) picnic style seating available. Nothing terribly off-putting or much different from many other taqueria style eateries in urban areas. It's not immediately obvious to the uninitiated where or how to order. After a quick look around, the signage will guide you towards a walk-up window with (an admittedly fun and original) foot-pedal style call-button that almost makes you feel like you're playing a Metallica solo.Enough time after activating the footswitch passed to make us feel like we may not be in the right place to place an order. A few moments later a nice young woman greeted us at the window to take our order. After a few minutes (maybe 5-10) our food was delivered to us on the patio. We ordered 4 different tacos (korean, pork belly, thai chicken, and brisket), all of them were luke-warm, borderline cold. The brisket was the only thing that didn't elicit an immediately negative reaction, but that may only have been because it was the most tepid. The flavors were sort-of-okay, everything was quite mediocre and an overall disappointment. The tacos could best described as the "La Croix" of Mexican-Asian fusion, in that you can almost taste the idea they were going for. Truly, it was a relief knowing that we had not ordered more than what we had already been served.I wouldn't go as far to say "stay away," but I don't see why anyone would have any good reason to choose this place over the numerous superior options in the area.A more detailed Google search on Tako Cheena will lead those curious enough to look towards some interesting (and unverified) claims that indicate turmoil between former business partners and subsequent poor management lead to the present state of affairs. Based on our observations this seems totally plausible. One Reddit post includes some exceptionally bizarre accounts that are just wild enough to be believed.Unless some big changes take place, just skip it.

Pretty decent food. The Asian + Latino fusion is a cool mix. I had the gyro taco, the pernil taco, and the Thai chicken peanut one as well. All were good, but the gyro meat was a little salty for my taste, but nonetheless it’s good food and good atmosphere. Check this place out if you’re interested or around the area.

Great spot for late-night eats. Stopped here and had the Pernil Arepa and the Thai Peanut Chicken tako and both delicious and more than filling. Outside seating is limited so just FYI. Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area.

I had the yuca fries, Korean beef taco, and Tom Yum shrimp taco. We ordered the churros and empanadas for dessert and the key lime dipping sauce was delicious. Everything here was exceptionally tasty.

Went here on a Tuesday night and it was pretty chill, the service was great! The only thing would be that for 5 tacos total...the price was a bit steep. We also did get the Chicken Empanadas and they were more like chicken pot pie empanadas which is something we didn't expect (or liked too much). But we'll definitely be back for the BBQ Pork Belly and Pernil Asado tacos!
