$28 for 2 drinks. This might not trigger your attention if you are a tgif management member, but as a consumer this is absolutely out of this world. No wonder why the place is dead. Next time I know not to come to this place anymore. Just a couple of buildings up or down the road and the prices are drastically lower.2 tanqueray martinis to be exact. The server who was a nice lady just doing her job told me:”welcome to idrive”. No.I am local Idrive has very competitive prices in establishments a bit closer to your concept.I had previously made up my mind about TGIF. This was just a mistake from my part to give this store another try. Never again.

Since we no longer have a TGI Fridays in Jacksonville, we hopped at the chance to go in for a quick snack. We ordered the happy hour appetizers for $5 each and it was the perfect amount. We had the mozzarella sticks, potstickers, and potato skins.

Waited ages to be seated, the place was quiet but was seated at this dirty table. No excuse for slow service and bad standards of cleanliness

Waitress was rude as soon as we walked in the door we waited for her to be walking away from table she was with and asked if we seat ourselves she snapped at us rudely saying she was with another table even tho she was finished food was not very good either

It was an awful experience. We came from Canada to go to Disney and had never tried TGI and were looking forward to it on our free day of our trip. The waitress yelled at us cause we stood at front door for awhile with no one addressing us and didn't know if we were supposed to seat ourselves. The bathrooms were very dirty. My burger wasn't cooked in the middle and I couldn't finish it.We should have left as soon as the waitress told us off. Will never go to TGI Friday's again.

Apparently 6 burgers and a pasta dish will crash this kitchen at noon. Two guys in the kitchen, two managers “and all their men” could not fix this food faster than an hour and 10 minutes in an empty restaurant. 4 waters and 3 teas took 20 minutes to come up, so there is clearly an epidemic of poor work culture at the location. We couldn’t tell what smelled stronger, weed smell from the server or the stink coming from the booths. Whoever is running this circus should consider a different field because there seem to be too many things to be re-trained on as a leader.I know, I know… the place will be busy later tonight anyway.Good luck to everyone reading this while waiting for your food. Odds are it’s not going to be what you’re expecting.Time of visit: noon on April 12, 2024.

Everything. Old and tired. Food was as uninteresting as our server was in taking care of us

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this location and I must say, it was utterly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was lackluster and uninviting. The service was slow and inattentive, with our server constantly forgetting to check on us and leaving us waiting for long periods of time. But the worst part was the food. It was absolutely terrible. The burger was overcooked, tasteless, and poorly presented. It was clear that the ingredients were not fresh and were probably sitting in the kitchen for far too long. I couldn't even finish my meal it was that bad.To top it all off, the prices were exorbitant for the poor quality of the food and service we received. After requesting the manager to come out twice, he finally came and gave a life changing discount of $2. Overall, I would not recommend dining at this TGI Fridays location if anyone is looking for a decent meal and enjoyable dining experience. It was a complete waste of time and money.

There was no wait but my kids and I were still there for over 2 hours. It was not busy. Our waiter was on his first week and it seemed like he was getting every other table. No help, just sink or swim kind of thing. He tried but it was just too much and you can see he was getting frustrated and rightfully so. 2 tables got up and left, and one them after they ordered their food. This was a shame. Not the way we wanted to spend our last night in Orlando. Food was blah...I ordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp...there was nothing sizzling about that plate. I thought the cheese came on top of the chicken and shrimp, but nope cheese at the bottom with the chicken on top and marinara sauce on the shrimp ...was going to send it back but I have to eat by a certain time, and again we were already there for nearly 2 hours at this point, so...

Visited TGI Friday's at 8955 International Dr, Orlando, FL on March 27th with my family and had a disappointing experience. Waited 30 minutes for drinks and 50 minutes for food. The service was chaotic, with visible arguments among staff, affecting the dining atmosphere. The food quality was below TGI Friday's standards—dishes were mediocre and plates dangerously hot. To top it off, the pen provided to sign the bill had yellow ink and didn't work properly. This visit has significantly lowered my interest in returning or recommending this location. Hope to see improvements that align with the TGI Friday's reputation.

Our server was sweet. That was about the only good thing. We got there right at open, and we're the only people in the restaurant. I ordered the 18 ct wings to share with my son, and we received only 12. A simple fix. However, their wings are TINY. We also ordered a side of fries to split and that did help. My other son orders a cheeseburger... it was probably a meatball sized patty smashed down. They remade a sandwich, but still can't believe it was sent out that small! Our table was dirty (mind that we entered at opening) and our napkins were dirty. Overall I would say eat somewhere else.

Wish we could rate 0 stars… Terrible service all and all. Ordered delivery to our hotel and when we received the food we were missing parts of our order and had incorrect things. When we called we were ignored and then when the phone was answered the lady put us on hold for TWENTY minutes, by that time the food was cold. We then hung up and called back and the man that answered was just ignorant and rude, felt extremely disrespected and pushed off. The man eventually gave us our refund (with no hold time) but it took about 2 minutes in total. No reason for all of the problems and confusion. Won’t be eating here again.
