Uncertain what EXPRESS is all about because this place is most definitely the slowest Express dining experience I've ever witnessed. Behold a 30 minute wait with 2 people in front. The excruciating wait and the eventual disappointment by the dish served. It's more of an improvised kitchen than a Thai Restaurant. It's worth a try like anything in life, once and done. ?

I love Thai foods... but this one, faiIed me...I ordered orange chicken and pad thai... Ok let's get to the orange chicken, it doesn't even closed to the orange chicken of Panda Express. Tiny pieces of chicken and missing the taste of orange and the sweetness is overload, as in super sweet... the Pad Thai first attemp (i didn't take a photo)... it was raw, the noodles is still hard (like fresh from package) not even aldente, so i have to return it back to cook it right, the picture is after 2nd stir fry, well done ( the chef is not happy) the taste not even taste like the real Pad Thai no peanut and lack of veggies, and sweet... I feel bad, I was expecting to experience a good taste of Thai food, but it didn't happen...pricey foods in a little portion and upon paying the bill when you order, the cashier is smart to remind you about the tip, which i did!...

So I was very skeptical of an express type of Thai restaurant, but decided to go ahead and place an online order. First I had a little trouble putting in an order as a guest, on my phone, but had to create an account instead. I placed my order and it was ready for pick up in about 20min and the process was simple, but keep in mind, it was 40 min before closing, so the building was empty and was able to grab my food and go. When we brought the food home and started eating, I was first surprised about how much food it was - I was ready to comment on the price, but I did get a good amount of food for the price. We ordered spring rolls as the appetizer and red curry with the vegan chicken as an entrée. The peanut sauce for the spring was amazing, but the spring roll itself started to fall apart after getting half way through, so I just put the rest in my red curry bowl. Next the red curry was nice and spicy as I requested, and the flavors were pretty good. Overall good first experience. I do wonder how the service is during their peak hours.

This place is terrible. The customer service is as bad at it gets. The lady from the start that took our order had a bad attitude. She ended up cooking our order as well and messed it up. She didn't even bother fixing it and instead gave us the attitude and also over heard her being a smart a** about the situation. Pricey for what it is, food took a while for fast food type and it had no taste, it was very bland. Zero star if there was an option. I don't recommend this place at all.

Food was not good. I got the Thai soup which is pretty much pho but it was very very bland and plain. Not many condiments available to put in so it was just tasteless. My husband's curry he didn't like it either. It was missing something. Bland as well. The pad see ew was ok. We wanted thai food and decided to give this place a try as it was close by and we thought it be quick due to its name. Also probably cause its slow there wasn't anyone up front so we waited for quite some time and was about to take off when the lady came out from the back to take our order. I wouldn't recommend this place at all if u want thai food.

We ordered 2 dinners and a 3rd to go for home. One meal was served on a plate, two were packed to go leaving my husband looking at me with food and he a box. I had pad Thai with chicken and it was good-even after boxing it to go from my plate! His was dry and not as good. He had stir fry beef ( which had cooled on the drive home). Thorough disappointing service with no apologies as we left carrying our tubs, bag offered. Only 2 people working so it wasn’t “Express” either. We won’t be back.

I eat out a LOT, and I have to say I have never been as astonished as I was being served chicken nuggets. I paid nearly $13 for this and am not really thrilled about it. Definitely expected better.
We’ve dined at this restaurant 6 or 7 times. The restaurant is always clean and the food is cooked while you wait. You can substitute meats for tofu ( my spouse is vegetarian) and request extra spicy as I do. The food is delicious and is ready quickly. I recommend Thai Express if you like Thai food.

Our first time experience was really pleasant. Elsa was very friendly and catered to our needs. The shrimp pad thai is so good; it was one of the very best we have ever had! ? Highly recommended!

Overpriced food and overrated restaurant!! Extremely bad customer service ever. We went 6 people today! They didn’t even served any plate, bowls to have the soups we had to ask them one by one. How come 6 people’s can have those food by one spoon and no plates???? They served just the foods that’s it! They ran out of shrimp! Taste of foods were horrible like so many days old! I haven’t seen these melting type of Pad Thai anywhere! Omg! Just wasted my money and time. It was my birthday treat to my friend. Im ashamed of that treat. We haven’t eat even half!! This restaurant is a BIG NO FOR ME. NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!
