Overall, the property is well kept, and the rooms are decently stocked if somewhat dated. However, be warned that housekeeping is still quite limited at this property for regular guests who are not here on timeshare. They only service rooms every other day, and if you aren’t ready for them when they come, they don’t check back later in the day. If reliable housekeeping is important to you, explore other properties.

We had a 2 bedroom lock off. Plenty of room, the rooms are well stocked, the only problem we had in our kitchen was no ice, certainly not a big deal. The food at the restaurants here were all good. The rooms we had had a terrible moldy smell, both rooms. The furniture needs replacing. This is not a place I’d recommend until they refresh the rooms. The smell was overwhelming.

we needed 2 rooms for a family of 5. the choice was 2 rooms in a typical hotel or a 2 bed room apartment. we chose sheraton vistana as the room was a 2 bed room apartment in a time share managed by sheraton. it is a large property located on international drive very close to vineland premium outlets as well as other shopping areas. the property is secure with guards at entrance free parking the hallway is external rooms were spacious, clean and functional with full kitchen, laundry facilities etc building 25 was very close to swimming pool. there was a children's play area in the poor as well as a water slide. there was a small shop in the building where grocery as well as other small items were available multiple restaurants and grocery shops were nearby but you need a car. highly recommend for families with children instead of hotels.

We are decades long Marriott Members. We visited this resort and what a disappointment. Dated decor and the sales folks hound you to attend and then lie like dogs. Several sales members like Soufian and Jose told us whatever we wanted to hear and then after we left and had questions they were no where to be found. Marriott should be asked to own such a dated and dilapidated brand as Sheraton. High pressure sales and they just didn’t care. Folks there are tons of properties in Orlando and the Hilton locations are nice without all the high pressure sales. Lies lies and more lies

I received a random deal via the mail about a 5day/4 night package which was a deal and after calling realized it was legit. It originally wasn't a time share package but after checking in, we were asked if we wanted to hear the time share presentation and our $100 restaurant gift card would be changed to a $250 general gift card. We had time so we agreed to the presentation and the 90 minutes for the money was worth it. We paid a bit more for the room to upgrade to a 2 bedroom as there was five of us. The resort is just beautiful- well kept with a huge pool and another, lush flowers and trees, walking path with hammocks and pickle board courts. Activities are available although some for a fee. The room was clean and spacious. We all slept well and enjoyed the space. We were fortunate in that we went at the end of May and it wasn't crowded but as we were checking out that Friday it was looking to be more crowded. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the music and food at the hotel restaurant as well as poolside drinks. Close to restaurants, grocery store and a WalMart with access to highways for Universal. We've stayed at many resorts and homes with our many visits to Florida to visit relatives and enjoy the parks but this was a favorite for sure and we will return. Thanks for the relaxing and beautiful stay!

I can’t say enough about this place! The staff was very accommodating upon check-in. Every staff member from housekeeping to maintenance to store workers and bartenders greeted us with a friendly “Hello, is there anything we can do for you?” The room was a bit old, but for what we paid we thought it was very fairly priced. The pools were amazing and all of the people we met were respectful and courteous. The atmosphere of the resort is fantastic! This will be our “go to” Orlando resort for all future family trips!

While the property is absolutely gorgeous, I was a solo traveler with accessibility needs and I called a week in advance to find out if I could have a room near the welcome center. I was told yes, but when I arrived I was told I had to be in Key West, the back of the property, and it was a lock off room. If I wanted to call reservations myself, I could, but they couldn’t help. I was a guest of an owner and trying to coordinate without their assistance would be impossible so I let it go when they said they’d assist with a shuttle when I needed it and would block the lock off. I could not get a late checkout either. I get my key and they send me over to owner services, where they hit me up for the timeshare with a $100 Mastercard. No thanks. We shuttled to my room, blocked the lock off. 2 hours later I’m waiting for the first of my shuttles. They took anywhere from 10-20 minutes. I appreciate that they helped me but it would rave been so much easier if they would have accommodated my needs. That next morning and the following I was woken up at 8:50 with timeshare meeting requests. The first guy offered me $250 until he realized he was a guest and backed down to $100 at that point. If I didn’t say yes to more, why would I say yes to less? The next day I requested a late checkout, even 20 minutes, when they woke me, before I was offered the timeshare presentation. I was told no. I turned down that presentation. I actually had to sit in the hallway after I checked out finalizing my bag since I had an issue with my airline and no one went in the room so 20 minutes could have been given. The staff was lovely. The room was beautiful and spacious. The property is wonderful. Make sure you reserve the right type of room, remember to take the phone off the hook at night and have transportation and you’ll have a great time!!!

We found the staff to be extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. The grounds are clean and the rooms were just the right size for the five of us in town for a volleyball tournament. Camille was more than helpful with my questions leading up to our stay. Hollie at The Breeze restaurant was a great waitress! The only thing I wish I would have know beforehand, was it is well water, so make sure to have bottled water for your room if you don’t like the taste of well water. Otherwise, we had a great experience here!

This place is THE best place in Orlando. The location, facilities, cleanliness it goes on and on. We have now stayed here twice, this time in one of the bigger villas with spa/balcony. This was well worth the upgrade from the standard rooms. Pool is amazing although hard to get a good lounger so be quick! Don’t think about reserving any lounger with towels or you will be told off for good reason! They have a another quiet pool with hot tub which is ideal for a nice peaceful relaxing day to catch the sun if you want to avoid the busier larger pool nearby. On site cafe/shop is great to catch your morning coffee before heading out for the day. Stocked with many essentials you may need during your stay. Aldi is just down the road (5mins car journey) for any other items you may need. Car hire is probably essential however you are right on the itrolley bus route so there is no issue hopping on the bus and heading into the ever popular international drive! We will most certainly be back here, absolutely love it!

As a single mom of a toddler, it's incredibly complex, difficult, and exhausting to take a vacation. I hired a babysitter for $30/hour just so I could take a brief break from watching my son to have a drink by the pool. After waiting 20 minutes in the sweltering heat, without shade, I ordered an Aperol Spritz at the bar by the Bella pool, at 1:20pm on June 11 from Daniel. He refused to give it to me because I didn't have my ID. I am 40 years old. I left my wallet in my room so it wouldn't get stolen while I swim. My room is a twenty minute walk, in the sun and heat, and going back would wake my napping child. This is literally the only part of the trip where I was actually supposed to have a relaxing time for myself, and Daniel ruined it.

Great place to stay - we stayed in Key West building 12, and we had 2 x 2 bedroom apartments which were perfect for our needs. Very helpful that things like kitchen roll, dishcloth, and dishwasher tablets, detergent etc. are all supplied and replenished. The laundry facilities are brilliant and put UK washer dryers to shame! We enjoyed the main pool and the Key West pool. The resort had everything that we needed and we enjoyed the local wildlife around the place too. Outdoor BBQ’s were great too. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this resort. The only downside was the RIDICULOUSLY long wait to check in which is absolutely not what you want or need after a long flight, and one of our party left their room card in the room and the rigmarole we had to go through to get access to the room was crazy. Finally we got to speak with a manager who simply sent someone from security to meet the guest at the room, so they could get their card and get their passport to prove what was needed. Yes resort prices are expensive - drinks, food, the shop etc. but they always are and to be fair nothing in the US is cheap anymore.

We had a great stay at this place for 5 days during our recent visit to Universal Studios, Orlando. We had a large suite room with kitchen and balcony. Surprise was the washer and dryer inside the room itself. The check-in was smooth and the staffs were great/polite/friendly. The rooms were great, clean and well maintained. My kids enjoyed the pool - they have 3 different pools in this property. It's 20 mins away from Universal and is close to grocery stores like Target, Publix etc. All in all, we had a great time at this property.

Loved having a villa with a kitchen for our extended trip to Orlando! My wife and I both work remotely so we worked in the mornings using the more-than-adequate wi-fi, and then went out and enjoyed the theme parks in the afternoons and evenings. The check-in process was smooth and efficient (I wish there were a way to check in online, though). As we arrived very late, there was no line at all and we didn't have to wait. We got our keys, found the villa and found it to be exactly what we had expected. Our four-year old had the pull-out sofa bed and loved it. The resort was awesome. The pools were ample, and my daughter loved the hammocks in the property! The location is great, just around the corner from Prime Outlets, and about a ten-minute drive to Disney, completely avoiding Interstate 4 and its associated traffic backups. The value was there. It was $10 per night more than a regular hotel room at various Marriott properties, so that was a no-brainer for me. We'll return if the rates remain comparable.

I stayed at the Sheraton Vistana this past week. We were happy with the size of the room and the proximity to Disney World. There were a number of things we were unhappy with unfortunately. We stayed at this resort for 5 days and not once did housekeeping come in to clean our room, take out the garbage or change the towels. We were told when we checked in that they would come on Saturday (halfway through our stay) and they never came. Instead we got a notice saying that they would come on Sunday. On Sunday they didn’t come either. When my husband called down to the front desk to voice the concern it was dismissed. How is this ok when staying at a resort? Needless to say we will never stay here again.
