We frequent escape rooms all over the southeast and my 8th grade girls stumbled upon The Bureau while planning our spring break in Orlando. The entrance is so well executed you feel like you’re really in this secret organization! (It took us a minute to be sure we were in the right spot!)The girls chose The Possession at Hadden Heights and it was so well done the girls had to tag me on to help bc they were sooo scared! Once they had some encouragement the girls finished with time to spare! This one got me a few times even with the jump scared and was so well executed! This has been the most impressive escape room we have done and the girls have talked about it nonstop for a few days now!Next time we are in Orlando - we will be visiting again! This is a must if you’re looking for something different to do in Orlando or are into escape rooms!!Well done!!

From the booking experience to end of our journey it was phenomenal. 9 of us escaped the Lab At Loch Ness, definitely the best experience for most of it being our first time. Bobby was super helpful and very detailed making sure we all had a great time. Looking forward to checking out the other rooms they offer.

Most intricate and immersive escape rooms I've ever done. Even the company itself has a theme and storyline that I won't spoil here. You can tell real heart is put into every inch of this place. Skip every other escape room in Orlando and check out The Bureau!

This might be my favorite escape room company! The theming for the few rooms I’ve done has been truly great! The puzzles aren’t your traditional lock & key; lots of fun creative puzzles to solve. Also, the staff is just super friendly and does such a great job keeping the theme! Highly recommend visiting! Possession at Haddon Heights is soo much fun!

What an amazing experience! From walking into the lobby to playing through their “Posession” room, every single one of us said same thing at the end, “WOW!!”Not only are their rooms top notch, the innovation behind the “no locks or keys” simply blew me away. The level of immersion in each room throws you right into the story with no hesitation. This is something no other escape room has been able to accomplish, until now.Hands down, The Bureau has the best “escape rooms” available in this greater Orlando area and I genuinely cannot wait to come back and experience the rest of what they have to offer!!Still not convinced? They also have a selection of Craft Beers, wines, energy drinks and sodas for sale.

Excellent experience. Really innovative way to through the problem. No combination locks, or briefcases. Lots of teamwork and behind the scenes triggers. Our kids (7 & 10) even contributed to the solutions. We did the puppet one as it's kid appropriate.

This place was so fun! We did the UFO escape room. Challenging but fun and we did succeed with 13 mins remaining, team of 6. Room was set up nicely and really felt like a real challenge. There were 4 rooms to get through so very interactive and enough for all to do. The staff was friendly and played the part. Highly recommend. 10/10!
