Not only did he cater to our every need, but he also went above and beyond to make my cousin's birthday celebration unforgettable.Every bite was a delight! The oysters were fresh and brimming with flavor, while the prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella was a savory indulgence that left us wanting more. And let’s talk about the sea bass - it was beyond phenomenal, cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with its accompaniments. Had a Sunday lunch here and it was an exceptional experience. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. Both my mom and I ordered from the $30 lunch menu. I ordered the chicken which was melt in your mouth tender and my mother ordered the sliced steak - once again super tender and tasty. My husband had the rib eye sandwich and is still raving about it one day later. This will now become our go to place when we go out to eat.
We took our daughter and her husband there for their first anniversary. The service was excellent and they really liked the surprise treat from the restaurant at the end of the meal. They enjoyed the experience very much.

You were highly recommended by friends for the quality of the food. It was my wife's birthday and we were joined by our son, who's 25, NOT A CHILD! We were seated within 10 feet of a table of 8 young teens celebrating one of their birthdays. Parents were table next to them. I couldn't hear the conversation across the table of my wife and son because they were so loud and distracting. There parents did nothing to get them to use indoor voices and nobody from your restaurant mentioned to them that all the diners around them were extremely annoyed. No dress code for a fine dining experience! Tee shirts and shorts and flops are ok with you. You only get one chance to make a first impression and your's was abismal. For your pricing I expected much more than that. Definitely won't be back which is too bad because the food was good.At your price level, atmosphere and service are expected to be top of the line, along with the food. Definitely will be telling people to steer clear of your tourist trap. And I also realized that you don't care about repeat business because of your proximity to the one time diners, tourists.You should have control over your atmosphere and you didn't!

Update:Another miss here and we will not return this time for a second chance.Service was lackluster and at times poor.It was our understanding at this price point we would receive top notch Service.If the server has attitude, it destroys the ambiance of the entire experience.So sad this restaurant chooses to employ staff who should not be interacting with the public.Former:Lobster bisque was lovely...excellent flavor and with lots of lobster served steaming hot.Parmesan Chicken Risotto lunch was delicious...excellent preparation of the chicken...one of the best I have had.Former:Pass on the Coconut Cream pie which is mainly cookie-type crust and whipped topping and very little coconut cream.The creme brulee was delicious but needed to be warmed more before serving.Service had many lapses even though the restaurant was not crowded.My white napkin had a dirty place on it which I noticed when I first sat down.Parking: First floor location direct from the parking lot as well as valet adjacent to the restaurant front door.Wheelchair accessibility: Ample Parking area nearby this first floor located restaurant and its entrance.

Have been going to the Capital Grille- Millena Mall since it opened. The service has gone down along with the staff. Overall disappointed in our experience this evening at Captial Grille.

This was my first time dining at capital grille in a while. It’s safe to say this has been my worst experience by far. I ordered the New York strip medium rare, which was brought out medium at best. There was no seasoning and no char. Yet that wasn’t the speedy part. My friend ordered the filet and lobster tail, also medium rare. His arrived WELL DONE. He immediately sent it back and they gave him a new plate, which was in fact better. Yet when the bill came, I was shocked as they hadn’t taken off anything from the price. For such an expensive restaurant, I would expect a free dessert, coffee something. Here, they have nothing and just said we apologize for your meal. 1/10 do not recommend
