I went solo w 2 toddlers. My littlest got sunscreen in her eye right before our reservation. It was a disaster, barely had a chance to eat she was miserable. But the staff was amazing, so helpful and my older loved the characters. I definitely will return.

Look the restaurant was cute, definitely for kids. However, my family ate here and since I ate at so many vendors I just sat down and spent time with the family while they ate. I was charged for sitting there, I had no food or drink. Fine, okay i understand I’m taking up space so we were quiet about that. We paid and left, we now have been slapped with 4 charges from this little lunch. My fiancé paid for simply just us two, but a mistake on the restaurant’s end we are having to dispute them charging us 4 times. Just a ridiculous experience for us.

This restaurant is good for everything but FOOD! Disney characters which are Pooh and friends are very friendly. I think the cost of this restaurant is mostly for characters. Food was so poor quality.

The breakfast food was good and the atmosphere was nice however, we paid $600 for a party of 10. We saw three characters in the span of two hours. Definitely not worth the cost if you are going for a character experience.

Crystal Palace is the best character dining at Magic Kingdom. It’s buffet-style with a wide variety of options for brunch and lunch. The kids loved the Pooh characters. The only down side is it takes over an hour for all of them to make their way to your table when it’s crowded. Even so I highly recommend.

Food was great! Salad, veggies, salmon, chicken, and great food for the kids. Waiter was bomb. We loved him. He was hilarious. Character situation was amazing. We had a perfect dinner thank you!

We love Winnie the Pooh, and had a wonderful time! The food was tasty at the buffet, which is super helpful with hungry little ones. And the fact that they come personally to your table is such a bonus! Great value all around and beat the FL heat.

Totally paying to see the characters. The food is terrible. Ponderosa/Golden Corral would even beat the food.

The service remains WDW, so no complaints there. But we were highly disappointed in the food selection. At $61 per person I would have expected 3-5 counters about 15-20 feet long worth of different types of food. Instead, the salad bar had 2 types of salades, with a few toppings, and 3 dressings. The main dishes were only 5 with 5 sides. The food quality was mediocre at best and the 5 deserts they had were so stale and tasteless, it would put cafeteria food on top. Needless to say, all members of my family had food poisoning. Would not go back here even if it was for free.

This was the worst experience we hadThe food choices at the buffet were so limitedWe had a stomachache my husband and I right. After we leftThe deserts are store boughtIt’s so deceiving to pay 60$ per person for such a poor quality !!!!!!!

This place was a big disappointment! Food was nothing like cafeteria food! Chicken strips, mini tacos, old mashed potatoes! For as much as this place cost i was really pissed! I cancelled my reservation at Be Our Guest to try this place out! Never again!! Only thing good was the character photo opportunities! I guess that’s what you’re paying for!
