I visited The Factory Bakery for the first time today. I had a wonderful experience! The food was extremely flavorful and the cafe was the best I’ve had in the area. I had a lovely conversation with the owners while I was there. They were very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning as a regular customer! ??❤️

Tried this on a Saturday afternoon after seeing their menu on Uber Eats. I went in-person and ordered the pechuga de pollo a la plancha (grilled chicken breast) con mofongo, with a jugo de limón (natural limeade) to-go. It was fresh and everything I ordered was absolutely delicious and incredible value. Would highly recommend and will be eating here again.
I loved! The mofongo at its point...the shrimp at its point. I recommend it and the treatment in a family atmosphere.

Everything Everything they cook is tasty. Puerto Rican food as if it were made at home. There is variety for every preference. I'd rather go there than cook my lunch. For about a year and I have never been disappointed.
