We have passed this cute little local place for years, and so disappointed we waited until now to try it! I think this will quickly become a favorite. Add it to your must try. Felt so homey and authentic - the food was delicious! The service was so quick and friendly. We barely had to wait for the food to come out! We will definitely be back! Very casual - no need to dress up! Try the spanakopita - it’s the best I’ve had:) we thought the food compared easily to the local eateries we visited in Greece.

The Greek Corner is wonderful! The food taste like it was prepared in someone’s home. :) The best! We always sit outside for the nice atmosphere and stunning views of Lake Ivanhoe and the classic Florida sunset! The service was fast, genuine and they always kept our waters filled during the hot day! A truly lovely place, will be returning real soon!

Food looked so amazing, I forgot to take a pic before we cleaned the plate. One comment about the basil pesto chicken was "This is literally the best thing I've ever eaten, and I mean ever.". We also got a Gyro sandwich and it was delicious! Really nice portions, come hungry and your be satisfied! Another comment was "We definitely have to come back here again, soon!". Super cool atmosphere and vibe! Will return for sure!

New spot I tried. I asked for a chicken souvlaki, they gave me a chicken wrap. It came with a ranch type sauce not real tzatziki sauce. Ended it for me.
The Greek corner is one of my all time favorite downtown restaurants. The food is always authentic, fresh, and satisfying. I love the traditional lamb gyro and the santorini white wine. If you’re looking for a great spot to kick back, enjoy classic patio dining, and great service, don’t pass this upParking: Parking is right on lake Ivanhoe, if it’s full you can pull around back for a lot more options.

Lunch crowd was sparse for a mid week visit in the height of the lunch hour. I waited to be seated as a server assisted a gentleman with payment. As he left she said without looking up, take a seat wherever. I should have left at this point. I sat at an outside table with seats so worn I sank five inches lower than expected. I felt like I was a five year old at a table slightly too high. The menus presented were visibly dirty and worn. Fries were the first thing I tried....soggy and disappointing. I am speechless when I take my first bite of the chicken. I have nothing good to report about the chicken souvlaki that was served with both warm and cold chicken. It was dry, it was unseasoned, it was from yesterday. I picked out the tomatoes out because I forgot to request no tomatoes...so much tzatziki to hide the nasty chicken and cold pita. Dirty ketchup bottle nailed it.
