ordered lunch on line as the website listed the restaurant as open - went to pick up lunch and the restaurant was closed until 3PM - called them at a little after 3:00 and the woman who answered said they do not do take out orders - I mentioned they already had my money (which included a $5.00 service charge for some reason) and she got boisterous with me - then a voice in the background was heard saying they had my order - she said they had the order and promptly hung up - all I wanted to know was when to come and pick up my 3:30 lunch - I showed up at 3:30 and they had not even started the order - service is a zero at this place - never again; never again

I've been wanting to come here forever!!! The place is spacious but it seemed a little empty for a Friday night at 830pm. That didn't stop us from taking a seat though. I decided to build my own steam bag, It already comes with 1 corn and 1 potato. Now!! if you truly enjoy crab legs don't waste your money on anything other than king crab. When I went, the Market Price was $50 per pound and it was worth it because it was so much meat. They don't do half pounds because it just doesn't make sense, you'll only get half a leg. I also added a half pound of crawfish and half pound of mussels. I chose the house sauce and I was so satisfied!!! Our server was very entertaining and he told us what was good and what wasn't. Their draft beer taps don't work at the moment but they do serve bottled beer. They seem a bit understaffed so I suggest you be patient. This looks like a family business and the food is too good to pass up. Also, FYI!!!! They bring out several sauces with the meals, the lighter orange sauce tastes like a habanero pepper and is extremely spicy (coming from a Mexican woman who enjoys spicy food) so eat at your own risk!

We had heard about this place from a friend and we never turn down a good crab shack suggestion. I am so glad that we did! This was some of the best crab I have ever had. I got the snow crab with crazy Cajun flavor crazy hot and it was definitely hot like I like it. The server also brought me out some habanero butter and it was so good. Brian was our waiter and he was so friendly and attentive. The chef came out to talk to us as well and he was a sweetheart. This is our new crab spot. No pictures were taken because we dove right in.

Our first time here. WOW! To say we were unprepared for the experience is an understatement. We were given the royal treatment for sure!Neither of us had ever had king crab before. It took us a while to grasp that one or two claws would be enough to share. So I got a bowl of clam chowder and we decided to get some wings too. The crab legs come in a bag, with potatoes, corn and the house sauce that was rich and delectable. It was mildly spiced. The chowder was very very hot, but once it cooled down enough to taste, it was delicious. The wings! The wings were enormous! They were battered but they defy description. We had an embarrassing amount of food on the table, and all of it was fantastic. The decor is rustic, but the service is first class! Very attentive, very caring, very helpful, very friendly.

When we came in we had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to notice us .there were not a lot of people. And just for crawfish and lobster was 100 dollar lowest was 70 something and there were only two staff members over all the food was great

The atmosphere at this restaurant is super fun for kids. They have enormous built boats. And pirates your kids would enjoy taking pictures in front of. The price is accurate considering the amount of food you get. They have multiple flavor selections for your entree that you can choose from. The kids meals where rather large so I was able to have two kids share a meal. The blue crab was somewhat difficult to eat. Snow crab was the way to go. #tryit

We went on a Saturday at 3:15 and loved it! Super spacious and the food was delicious! The Combos are more than enough for 2 people to share and have left over! The lobster tails were huge, the snow crab had so much meat, the sausage was delish, the potatoes were big big and the corn was perfect. Savory with the House Sauce. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Came on a Thursday evening. There were very few cars in the lot so it definitely was not busy (sat outside so didn't see inside) Took 45 minutes to get the fried gator appetizer and there weren't that many gator pieces in it. It did taste very good however. My party was there for an hour before they received their seafood bags. It was a disappointing experience and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars was the food tasted good.

A great restaurant with great service and food. Plenty of food and you may want to consider sharing a plate. I highly recommend this restaurant for seafood lovers...

I came to visit this restaurant because It caught my attention. I decided to give it a try initially for the 4 Star Rating it does not deserve! I order a Sea food broil like I normally order in other seafood restaurants. First of all I ordered my food with Garlic Butter no spice! When I receive my food I immediately noticed it was not garlic butter! I let the waiter know that the flavor of the food was not what i ordered. He goes to the kitchen and returns letting me know that it indeed was Garlic Butter. Now I know exactly how it’s suppose to taste and it was nowhere near garlic butter! And it was spicy although it was asked with no spice. The restaurant/waiter was very awkward. The waiter was waiting and waiting and waiting for another couple to pay and then he did the same to us which I had a feeling he was going to do. WAIT that’s not all the restaurant was suppose to close at 11:00PM and they closed the doors before 9PM which made us the last customers. When leaving the restaurant we realized the very few workers were also leaving. I was confused because I’m sure they’re suppose to be cleaning and prepping for the following day. Overall I was NOT satisfied and I will not be returning nor recommend this place to anyone that is trying to fulfill there seafood cravings.

I am not reviewing the food as I chose not to eat here upon entering. When pulling up, I saw the place was fairly empty. I parked by the patio and saw a young boy. I thought he was with the couple I saw sitting out there. I also saw several tables that had yet to be bussed after the customers had left. That bothered me as I've worked in the food industry and prebussing is highly suggested. I walked in and the place was empty. The same boy I saw on the patio wasn't with that couple, he worked there. He appeared to be extremely young. Like preteens. I only saw one server. I looked around and saw more trash all over the tables. I was in disgust. There was no way I could eat there. Absolutely no way. The ambiance was off. It wasn't clean at all. I turned around and left. Don't think I'll ever set foot in there again. If I do, I pray it's clean. Because if your front of the house isn't clean, I could only imagine the back of the house.

Had the seafood boil combo. Great service and tasty food. Awesome ambiance.

Set your expectations correctly, and enjoy the experience. We had a great time as a family cutting crab open, and getting messy. The food was good, service was OK, and drinks were not great. We had a great time though. Again, set your expectations correctly.
