I'm going to start by saying, thanks for having my wife, son and I. We were staying at the Hard Rock visiting and showing my son a awesome time at the Parks over the weekend. We were turned down at most restaurants in City Walk after leaving Universal due to not having reservations. I already had my eye on "The Palm" before even arriving in Orlando, and wanted to try it while we were in town, but didn't think we were going to be able to make it happen due to time and showing my son a good time. After being turned down as a walk in at many other nice places, I decided to try and reserve a table here at the Palm. Was able to do so, and we got back on our water taxi and came straight over to have dinner, very hungry and excited. We came straight from the park so yes we had on our comfortable clothes, tee shirts and shorts. I understand that this is a Nice restaurant but the welcoming we got when we arrived and really the entire time we had dinner was very disappointing. Our waitress, I forgot her name was very polite after I broke the ice and advised her that we're human and just here to eat.I totally understand the quality of what is supposed to be fine dining, and very familiar with good customer service because I manage a HUGE customer Base myself. I think it's very sad to feel like you and your family are being looked down on because we have on tennis shoes and a tee shirt after coming back from an amusement park and eating in a restaurant that's attached to our hotel. This is something this restaurant and the world can do way better on is treating people with respect and kindness no matter the appearance because I can assure you wealth comes in all shapes and sizes and fancy clothing should never dictate how someone is treated. I follow a man named Jesus Christ and that's who a gauge how I see people and this world needs to practice this too.My family and I will certainly be back to the Hard Rock Resort and Universal but we will certainly look past "The Palm" no doubt.Again, thanks for having us and God Bless you all!

I will start by saying the place was highly recommended and if we were not a table of 22 people it may have been great. I feel they drop the ball on large parties. Having said that the night and how we were treated was comparable to what you would expect at a chain restaurant like chilis or carrabas. We had 2 servers for 22 people and by the way not once did a management team come in to say hello or see how the night was going. It was a party for my 48th bday. We order appetizers came out pretty fast except the fact mine were forgotten and came out after everyone was finished with theirs. I let that go and moved on to main course. Again everyone received theirs and mine nor my wife’s did not appear. I asked for management to explain my disappointment and again he was no where to be found. Once everyone was done eating my meal and my wife’s still didn’t appear nor the manager. Frustrated about the service or lack there of I went searching for the manager to find him in the corner without a care. After I yelled and explained what occurred he had nothing to say other then security will be called if I did not calm down. A buddy paid for the meal and left for the night while we waited for our waters and coffee with cake to be served for over 20 minutes when finally we were told to leave the bill was paid and we would no longer get service. No cake no explanation just leave.I did call the next day and Monday for the general manager to call but again no call. This place lacks class or common courtesy to apologize for ruining someone’s night. It’s not like we are rich and a lot of people travel far to enjoy a god meal. I’d say stay away or get the same service at a chain restaurant to the palm your just another check!!!!

The gnarly smell of dirty rugs should have been our first clue, but we already made reservations and it was too late to change it for 7 people. Food was mediocre at best and 2 of us who mostly have seafood tower got super sick that night. This place isn’t what it used to be and the food is nowhere near what they charge for it.

This is a top notch eatery. The crab cakes were all crab and the shrimp cocktail was perfectly done. My wife had the biggest lamp chops I've ever seen and were fantastic. They were cooked perfectly. The ribeye was what you'd expect from a fine steakhouse. FYI-get the bacon appetizer, even if you're a vegetarian.

Best steakhouse in Orlando but not as busy as could be, Our benefit for that. Lobster was huge and didn't have to crack anything to enjoy. Shared a rib eye and we both thought it was great. Will always return when in the area.

Wonderful dining experience at The Palm! The pace of service was great, did not feel rushed but always felt attended. My husband and I enjoyed a simple Caesar salad and we each had our favorite cuts of steak. Overall a wonderful experience, will be back! We appreciate that they validate valet.

Do not order the lobster pasta tasted like vomit, worst past dish I have ever tried to eat. Lobster was so over cooked couldn’t get it out of the shell, pasta was soggy & gross. Waste of $62 that should be taken off the

It took like 10' to get one chair that was missing in our table. I think the noise was moderate because the location of our table Many dishes were cold The flourless chocolate cake was missing from the menu, a shame My steak was excellent though

I normally love the Palm but last night the server was slow , the appetizers took a ridiculously long time. The lobster ravioli and tuna were not cooked well and the steak was cold. We were very disappointed that a normally exceptional restaurant did so poorly on food and service

As always, service at The Palm is excellent. Sadly, the food was very disappointing. We both ordered the usually excellent chicken parmesan. It wasn't good this time. Sauce tasted different. Lack of cheese. Overcooked chicken. Major bummer.

Paul was amazing, one of the best servers I have ever had anywhere. He made the experience great for me, my wife and my daughters. As usual the food was amazing, my wife said it was the best lobster she has ever had. We will definitely be back.

We visit The Palm Orlando at the Hard Rock Hotel when we are in town for vacation. Always a great experience. The food, service and ambience is excellent. They have a great wine list. Enjoyed the Beef Carpaccio and Octopus for appetizers. The steaks are always cooked to perfection. The Sea Bass Oscar was outstanding. Also recommend the Zeppoli for a fun dessert.
