This is was my 4th or 5th time staying at this property I’ve stayed at dozens of Ritz properties but the kids club and management here does not measure up to the Ritz standard. The kids club doesn’t operate like other properties. It’s hardly accessible and policies are not clearly explained upon check in. When issues are escalated to management they are too busy to respond. The property is great for couples and solo travelers. For families, you are better off staying at the Four Seasons.

What an incredible property. Stayed here for a work conference & I'm already planning a trip back in the winter time (yay for Michigan snowbirds!) Everything from check-in to the in betweens: the Diptyque toiletries, the Michelin starred restaurants, the nitro cold brew/matcha lattes with strawberry cold foams at the coffee shop, and the Pelotons in the fitness center...what more could an elder millennial want?! There's also so much to do at this resort like: *Mountain Bike Rentals & Trail *Kayaking *Floating down the lazy river *Driving Range *Pickle Ball *Tennis *Kayaking on weekends *Falconry Experiences (?!?! right?! lol) *Fishing Excurisions *Sunrise Safari *Eco-Tours *THE SPA -- the pricing is a pretty penny but there's even a dedicated pool area for spa guests. Definitely something I will be trying. This also seems like a great property to stay at if visiting WDW/Universal as there's shuttle transportation available. It's also a quick 15 min from Disney Springs. It's my first time staying at a RC and definitely won't be my last!

I start with pointing out the obvious that there is an expectation of a Ritz Carlton to have great service, food and rooms. I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel several times over many years, meeting many team members that have come and gone, and I can promise this is an absolute top notch hotel. In my most recent two night stay, there were a few manageable issues in the room. The front of the house staff and specifically Carrie W. went way beyond what was necessary to solve for any inconvenience that I may have experienced during my stay.If you have not been to this property, it's absolutely beautiful. It shares over 500 acres with a JW Marriott. The grounds, including a golf course where the PNC Championship is played, are spectacular. The quality of the restaurants and bars make the decision to stay on property instead of fighting Orlando traffic a no-brainer. The rooms in the Ritz have been remodeled and updated, and are spacious and luxurious. Do yourself a favor and get a suite although the regular rooms are great.Thank you yet again for making my stay in Orlando outstanding. Thank you for just doing it right.

We had the pleasure of coordinating a wedding here in January. The venue grounds are beautiful and the staff were very helpful accommodating the many requests that go with managing a wedding day. We recommend this venue for not only their space, location, but also their team members.

Attended a wedding and experienced very poor service at the valet. They were very backed up which is completely understandable, however, one of the workers spoke to us in a very condescending and impolite way. He was very unhelpful and I spoke to multiple other wedding guests who had an unpleasant experience due to his behavior.

I was in for the Entreprenista Founder's Weekend and could not have had a nicer time.Of course the grounds are spotless, and the staff are all lovely. Everyone was so kind and helpful! It was easy enough to navigate. Incredible first impression, as I walked in and was enveloped in a floral aroma, but not the powdery type. It was beautiful. The food we had was fresh and absolutely delicious. Seasoned without tilting too far any direction, very balanced. Juices were fresh, service was swift, and we had a wonderful time! I will have to be visiting the Ritz on vacation outside of business, the next time I'm around. Fantastic experience all the way.Safety: I am a petite femme person and felt incredibly secure at all hours wherever I was on this property.Food & drinks: Fresh, delicious, seasoned, balanced. Every bite was enjoyed!Noteworthy details: That flowery scent has imprinted on me. Some of the best ambient marketing I've experienced, it works!

There is no longer self parking. Only valet. There is self parking at the hotel next door...nice long walk, thanks for that Ritz. Food is good, and ambiance was great.

A very good 5 star hotel. The decoration and exterior are very beautiful. It's great that it has a connection to the JW, next door, because you can go to the facilities there too, your Rotz card opens the access to the JW. I didn't have any problems, although I can't say that I was constantly given direct service by any employee.Reception bar service is average to good. Not like in other hotel restaurants. I would return.

I couldn’t ask for a better spa day . The facial was amazing . Of course pricey but worth every penny. Sending my mother here for Mother’s Day.

From the moment we arrived we have been treated like royalty but my favorite part of the whole stay was the attention we got from Giovanna at the Bleu pool. She went above and beyond! We got to talking a little when I was by the pool and I shared with her that I left a some stuff at home like hat and sunglasses and she took it upon herself to send me a hat to my room so I can enjoy my day a the pool the next day. It was a beautiful thought and made my experience extra special. It’s the little things that count the most! I would never forget this wonderful experience! Thanks again Giovanna!

Overall great experience. Had some issues with service first 24 hours but hotel management made it right and it was a really nice gesture. If not for issue below I would rate 5 stars. Pool and entire complex with connected JW Marriott and water park for our kids was amazing.I was not made aware when I booked the reservation, when I verified they had sauna/Steam that the sauna is NOT ACCESSIBLE on Friday-Sunday unless you have other spa services being done. At almost every 4-5 star hotel in nation, including Ritz in Sarasota, you can pay $30-$50 for a day pass and get access to sauna, steam, jacuzzi. Definitely a huge let down as that is one of the main reasons I booked here for family. They need to change this feature, at minimum for Marriott Titanium or Gold level status. In summary this is a beautiful resort complex with service/ accommodations that fall behind the Ritz Carlton in Sarasota, Florida.

There was not one person there who didn't go above and beyond. Yash was able to meet my requests with pleasure upon check-in. Property is beautiful and pristine. Knife and Spoon staff were also knowledgeable and attentive. Food was exquisite and flavorful. Pedro was our server at the Chef's table and met our every need. The chef sent out some delicious carrot sorbet. Very refreshing!Superior staff who meet the brand. As a local, I will be back often for these staycations!

I stayed at the Ritz last week and had such an incredible stay! The front desk staff, especially Yash, were super professional and helped me with a package being delivered to my room. The bar staff, Dhai and Jose, were so sweet! When I was outdoors for lunch, Dhai spotted me and brought over a Red Bull like I had been drinking the night before! The property is beautiful as well. I don't want to stay anywhere other than Ritz Carlton hotels after my wonderful experience.
