House of Blues excels on ambiance and food value. There is live music so this is not your ideal restaurant if you are wanting a calm, quiet atmosphere. The menu is very large with affordable prices. I love cajun/Creole food and really enjoyed their cajun chicken pasta.
Always love to eat at House of Blues when we come to Disney Springs. We went for a late brunch which means that a limited lunch menu is also available besides the brunch menu. Even though the jalapeño cornbread was not on the menu, Maggie our waitress checked to see if available. It's a must, not spice just a hint of jalapeños. Subpar food with poor customer service. However, the featured musician and band were great! We sat on the patio. The waitress was frazzled, stressed, and rude. The food wasn't much better than heat and eat foods I could grab at Costco. But I enjoyed the atmosphere and music.
