Great place for a quick bite. Cosy place near lobby of Rosen Shingle Creek. Good Friendly staff; quick service. Really liked their Smashed Oklahoma Onion Burger and Roasted Beet Salad. Noise level medium during dinner time.

Honestly some of the better hotel restaurant food I've had. The shrimp was huge, well cooked, and breaded nicely. My only complaint is how hard it was to eat, the shrimp and bacon did not want to stay in the bun. Overall I enjoyed it.

Nice restaurant inside Rosen Shingle Creek Resort main building. Lots of casual seating in the restaurant and out in the hallway of the food court. The atmosphere is beautiful and our server was excellent. Their menu is relatively small but there are about 6 other restaurants to choose from. We ordered the Mushroom and Swiss burger and the Grilled Chicken sandwich. Both were hard to handle due to all the toppings on them. The chicken was delicious with ham, smoked cheese and chili mayo on a pretzel bun. Unfortunately the burger was very bland and the mushrooms were tough and flavorless. The fries were nice and we got a house salad which was quite tasty. We might come back but with so many options, we might try a different restaurant next time.

I liked almost everything about it. It is pleasingly tucked away in the hotel main street area- of Rosen Shingle CREEK hotel- in Orlando. The entire hotel is fairly close to the UCF college campus. So busy we ended up sitting at bar/counter as 2 others got up and left so I asked for the bartop to be wiped, for Sanitation, after watching the bar hand wipe it the first time with dirty paper napkins left behind by those previous guests. Made no sense to me but- going forward- everything else was just to my liking. I opted for a Turkey burger no bacon. My companion chose a beautiful Salad with shrimp and said it was good. Our bartender told a group of us that the establishment across the hallway (like a main street hallway) from Tobias had a smaller Menu. That translates into more food choices for those dining at Tobias. My turkey burger was cooked perfectly up to Medium Well and came on a soft, delightful Sesame seeded Bun. I found out the bun used is a House Made Sesame Seed Bun! How fun! No wonder it is so good. The seasoned fries were out of this world .... so much so I wished there had been more of them. To go with this terrific meal I also had a Cigar City FLORIDA MAN draft beer. Florida Man, by Cigar City brewery, really complimented my burger albeit it was a Turkey burger. I look forward to trying more burgers from the extensive burger list from here. Tonias Burgers & Brews also boasts ottled beers, wine, and a full liquor bar. Absolutely love that I found a new home away from home in Tobias Burgers & Brews, in Orlando. 4 stars!!

The restaurant is located inside the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel. And it's really good. Generally, restaurants inside of hotels can be very hit and miss. Some are absolutely destination dining spots. Others are simply there to fill up hungry tummies and take up space. I wouldn't call Tobias a "destination dining spot" but it's far better than what you might expect. The food here is legitimately very good, hotel or not. The interior is pretty small and, if it's full, you'll probably find yourself sitting out in the main walkway of the hotel where there is no atmosphere and hotel guests walk back and forth all day and night. So I encourage you to sit in the interior dining space, if you can. Grilled cheese with tomato soup? It's very good. The sandwich is made with big crusty bread and you also get a vat of thick tomato soup on the side. I didn't love the soup but the sandwich is terrific. Chicken sandwich with fries? Excellent. It comes with cheese and ham on top and it's served on a beautiful pretzel roll. It's got a ton of flavor and comes with well-seasoned fries. The "Smashed Oklahoma Onion Burger" is a wordy name but it's a winner. It's served with onions, of course and two very melty cheeses. It's cholesterol overload but it has a lot of great flavor. Our server could not have been better. He knew the menu well and was extremely attentive. If you're looking for excellent food, and happen to be a guest here, definitely hit this place up.

Quick and friendly service! Our party of six was in town for a conference, and since most of us were staying at the Rosen, it felt natural for us to meet up here. We were able to get a table within a reasonable time period despite not making a reservation in advance. The food was great; I had a well-done burger with fries. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the burger was cooked to perfection. I asked for hot sauce and the server brought out the cutest little bottles of tabasco. My only qualm is that I requested to not have any pickles served with my food and that request wasn't observed.

This is a decent spot to stop for a quick beer while staying at the resort. I had the burger on a previous visit and wasn’t crazy about the food. The beer selection is decent with mostly local area breweries. This visit the only beer I could get into was the Miss Molly Brown which is made by Central 28. The service is good. It’s a small place.Parking: There is a paid lot or valet.

The food was sub-par at best, the burgers lack good flavor and the pretzels were extremely dense. For under $20, it’s hard to argue the quality of a burger, but all in all, there was no depth and it needed better seasoning and spices. Nothing that wowed.

I stayed at the resort for a conference, decided to have lunch here one day. Let me tell you!!! If you like tomato soup, you have to try it here. I even went back the next day and had it again. We also had the chicken and waffles. It was a great dish. The burgers looks delicious, but I didn't have room to try it. Nice staff and great bartender! Def a must try.

This is the best food at the Rosen. Best service too. Try the chicken appetizer. It is a huge pile of chicken...not as spicy as I thought it would be. Very good.

This place is always busy and I have an idea why. The burgers are delicious!! The Smashed Oklahoma Onion Burger was my pick. My friend chose the All American! Cooked to your liking and brought out with fresh fries. So good! Don’t miss this place if you’re staying at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel. It’s worth your time and money!!

We were here for Florida Realtors Convention & this was our last meal. The food was delicious and our server Fouad was phenomenal! He was funny, kind, and so helpful! I wish I would have taken photos of our food but it was eaten before I got the chance to! Can't wait to come back here
