We had breakfast here and the sausage,egg, cheese dilla and Santa Fe was great. Everything tasted fresh and the dining area was nice and clean.

Almost gave 5 stars but an error was made on an allergen of the smoothie and didn't know so I needed to replace it but that wouldn't. Brand new untouched. Not the best customer service. But I enjoyed the rest of our meals. The ending of our experience could have been better with simple redo of the smoothie. And this review would have been different. Thanks anyways. ?Vegetarian options: Vegan options would be great.
I came in last minute right before close (I hate being that guy) but I had to get my ill wife a smoothie because she couldn’t eat regular food. Shemerien was so kind even though they had already cleaned the kitchen and the blenders. She was more than willing to serve our needs and went above and beyond. Thank you Shemerien!

Ding #2 I had to use my receipt from my last in order to make these comments of dissatisfaction. I did not make it to this store today 1/8/24. On my way there I was having issues with my apps so I couldn't place an order via the app. So, I figured I would call in my order so I wouldn't have to wait. When I called a lady answered and I said I would like to place an order for pick up. the reply was we don't take orders over the phone. you have to use the app or door dash. I replied back with I have used other stores, and they do. The lady answered with well we don't. I said thank you and hung up the phone. My 1st time in the store I had placed my order via the app, and no one bothered to greet, thank me, Etc., etc. I travel and get to many different locations. To go to this store, I had to go out of my way, so it is not like it was on my way to my destination. Adding 10 minutes more to my drive. This store has lost my business, nor will I recommend it. I will go further out of my way for the Winter Park store. where they do answer the phone, take phone orders and know how to treat the customer. If you don't take care of your customer someone else will.

Nothing sucks more than ordering the same wrap time after time and each and every time it taste different. Just as they are place cards to tell the employees how to make the smoothies I’m assuming the they have something similar for the food. Why is my wrap perfectly done one time, the next the tortilla is absolutely soggy, today I received my wrap and whoever wrapped it must have been half asleep bc they just rolled it up like a 5 year old would rather then doing a tight wrap bc I opened it and it all fell apart; they wrap burritos better at Taco Bell for gods sake ??

10/7/2023 whoever made my baja chicken wrap online order at 1:17 pm i hope all of your haters burn a terrible death and you live a wonderful rest of your life because my wrap tasted so beautiful i felt like you put your heart and soul and had your future into consideration when making my wrap because that’s how good it was. 10/10. i could cry. i wish nothing but the best for this mystery baja chicken wrap god. & i know they are made the same everytime with the same amount of ingredients i used to work at a tropical smoothie. it was the love that was put into my wrap that got me. <3
7 employees working I can see behind the counter with only 3 customers, and they still manage to take ages and give me the wrong order.There is nothing like being a vegetarian who ordered the hummus wrap to get a big mouthful of chicken. ?Poorly managed, staff looks disorganized and slow.CHECK YOUR ORDERS. 2nd time I had an issue in the same location, and based on reviews, I'm not the only one.

I visit this Tropical Smoothie Cafe quite a bit after my workouts at a nearby gym. They are always friendly and the service is awesome! They even remember me by name which gives the service a personal touch. It's always a pleasant experience when I visit here!
