The smoothies are really pretty good, but the staff is super unreliable. Many days they aren’t reliable to open on time (like today) so I miss out on my chance for a post-work out breakfast before work. There have times when they have been so out of stock that they couldn’t make anything, once for a whole week. And you always have the impression you’re dragging them away from something they’d rather be doing… like anything but making your smoothie.

Truly sad how slow these people work. Inconsiderate of other people's time sitting there on the phone talking to friends while the lady works??? 30 minutes for 2 items when the place has one other person waiting??? Avoid this location at all costs!!!

Google needs to add a ZERO star option. There's something going on at the Y up to 9pm but the place closes much earlier. Also the employees need to pay attention to detail. I asked for a smoothie to be thick. When I got it not only was it watery it tasted like water. I went back and asked for it to be thicker and mentioned that it tasted like water. the young lady just put my smoothie back in the blender to make it thicker and added more ice. Now you got to be some kind of stupid to add ice on something that I just told you tasted like water. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe food. But, to have to order from side exit door of a YMCA and wait there for my order is not appealing at all. I'll do my best to never go back to this one.
Ok. Food quality isn't that great. Friendly staff though.

I ordered a bowl and they gave me a wrap. So i kindly told them i had ordered a bowl because i cant eat a wrap because if gluten. A worker then gave me the worst attitude and said "do you really think i have time to make u a bowl right now. Eat your wrap and if you don't want it go back in line a by a bowl." very unimpressed. Second time this week they gave me the wrong order.

Really strange how they serve people from the back with absolutely no window, you have to ring the doorbell. The girl was very unpleasant when she took my order, she took my card and kept it for about 15 minutes without returning which makes me very uncomfortable especially during the holiday season. My island green smoothie was not a smoothie at all but more like juice because it was so watery. I ordered it without kale and kale is exactly what she put in it, neither was it sweet at all. Very disappointed.

The signs point to a door on the west side of the YMCA. You're to ring a doorbell, but after ringing twice and standing there for 5-6 minutes no one came. Wasn't just me, another walked up after and still no answer. I'm guessing you're suppose to walk inside the YMCA? Probably should get rid of the signs...

Having only been to tropical smoothie Café a handful of times, I recently tried some food (the hummus veggie wrap in particular.) It was delicious and the peanut butter smoothie i ritualistically order was of the same exception. But the main reason for my review today is for the individual behind the plate. Nakya S. was such a terrific host with her patience & consideration of my needs with perfect suggestions from her thorough knowledge of the menu. TSC is truly fortunate to have this young lady on their team. Thanks again!
