The system went off the air when it was time to pay and the general manager instead of finding a solution to the problem, was rude and treated me badly in front of everyone (with an autistic child on my arm ) as if it were my fault. Without patience, I shouldn't even work with the public. But unfortunately there is no qualified person to read this message There .

We had a long wait time and once seated it took a long time for our orders to be taken and for food to come. We have been to other Uncle Julios in other states, like here in the DC metro area and we have had much better service elsewhere. While the manager did try to rectify the slowness of service, we had already lost like half an hour or more.

Our waiter Carlos was awesome but from time of order to receiving our food was over 1 1/2 hours. We asked to speak to the manager and he said he will talk to his people and walked away. No customer service at all from a manager. Not the type of service I would expect from a manager. The waiter and the food were good once we got it.
Just wanna start of that I use to be a manager here and thing were great now, I cant say that anymore new ownership came in and change what Julio’s was know for took great drinks off the menu and hired a bunch of new faces that won’t make it in the Idrive market thanks good JOE was still there back from when I managed so I asked for him, waited like 15 min for chips when there are clearly 5 ppl at the host stand someone could have helped JOE out, waste of labor to have so many staff just standing there doing nothing. Not to mention the room temp water that they bring to the table in a milk glass u get on ur front porch .also some guy up at the host stand in a faded shirt who looked like they need to be in the kitchen looked like he needed to be working at Walmart shirt have way unbuttoned with a dirty white tee underneath. none of the host staff looked like there were in any type of dress code. Place was dead empty called for a reservation and was told they were filled booked for the night to show up and the place be half full, GM walking around like he was lost and not knowing about anything going on. Every horrible place to visit now in Orlando food took over a hour, I remember when this place would crank out food and have that place jumping bar full and ppl waiting outside, not anymore will probably be the last time I visit this place I will miss the old staff I worked with but it’s not worth it.

terrible. waited and waited. and then waited. and then the food finally came out and it was terrible. they claim its "scratch" but it tasted microwaved. which wouldn't make any sense bc it took so long. anyway go somewhere else this place was terrible.
