We loved our experience at Unreserved and especially our waiter Mateo which was really nice, helpful and spoke French with us. The food and drinks were amazing and we really recommend this restaurant if you are in Orlando.

Our greeting was warm and professional. Tufik, our server was very professional and friendly. All food and drinks ordered were very good and thoughtfully presented. The length of time it took for our main courses to be delivered seemed to take longer than expected, especially considering there were less than 5 other tables in the dining room. Our food was served to half the table and then it was about 5 minutes before the rest of the food was delivered. Tufik apologized for the delay, and though I'm not certain, it seemed like the different stations producing our items were not coordinated in their timing. Overall, we enjoyed our experience.
The outside isn't much to look at since there's no view, but the menu was very diverse and pricey, but worth it once you take a bite of any of the dishes. Great for date night just recommend being inside.

The service was great. The complimentary mimosas for our anniversary were thoughtful. The food was good, but it was warm-cool-cold. Our coffee was bitter and warm not hot. So, while I think the food would have tasted great hot, warm to cool food is never great. I do not like omelettes, so I didn't order one, but they do make them fresh and on the spot, so my husband's was hot and tasted good. For the price, we expected a hot breakfast.

We came here for their New Years Eve event. The food was great and our waitress was fantastic. We booked a 9:45 reservation assuming the event would go until midnight.When we arrived we found that the event was winding down and that it was ending at 11. This was odd to us because in Opentable we could even book reservations up until 10:45.The event itself was great but we felt duped because the description of the event nowhere mentioned that it ended at 11 and because it was a NYE event we assumed it would go to at least midnight. We had no plans for midnight so we’re left scrambling with what to do. We paid a lot of money for an event that ended up only being 1h15m for us so we were quite disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised with this resort restaurant. We decided to venture out during Magical Dining, and it was very good and the staff was great too! The ambiance was delightful with modern, clean, and spacious dining area was on point. I love the concept... there are 4 different kitchens you can order from all in the same restaurant :) Japanese, Italian, Mediterranean, and seafood, We ordered a sushi roll, fish, and a pasta dish so we can sample from each kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised how delicious and fresh everything was, especially since we saw mixed reviews prior to going. The waitress was attentive, but not overwhelming, just enough to keep our drink filled :) We were very happy with the overall experience, and would love to go back with some friends. Thanks Unreserved for a great first experience :) Cheers!

We ate here on Christmas Day and enjoyed it so we came back on New Year's Day. Our New Year's experience was poor. We felt like they just served the regular breakfast buffet at almost double the price. The menu promised additions but some of the additions and none of the desserts were present. Service was not good with dirty plates and empty drink glasses on the table for the duration of the meal. Parking validation, handled flawlessly on Christmas, was not handled at the restaurant at all on New Year's. Instead I was sent to wait in line for 30 minutes at the hotel front desk for parking validation.

The place is really nice and the service was great. As a vegetarian, I was surprised they had vegan meatballs. They were amazing and my favorite part of the meal. I had the s'mores dessert but I didn't care too much for the texture. My husband's chocolate cake though was delicious. Good experience.

Has 8:15 reservations, barely any seafood left, dessert table was almost empty, Service took forever to bring us drinks, dirty plates left on our table too long, and drinks barely refilled unless we hunted down the staff to refill. At $95 per person with a party of 7, I expected better service and experience especially since it was for Christmas dinner.
