It was empty when I arrived, and I quickly discovered why upon walking in. The smell was really overwhelming, it smelled moldy and dirty. The walls and floors were disgusting. The cleanliness of this store was so poor, it was honestly disgusting. I could not bring myself to order anything as I was too grossed out by how nasty the place was. The decor is cute and all, but like come one there is grime and food on the walls!!! The counters where the boba is made was dirty!! My girlfriend was brave enough to order a boba tea and she said it okay, she didn't love the boba. I just can't believe how dirty it was inside, it was awful.

To die for! Seriously the most amazing place! They have two parking places for those confused, one is right upfront and the other is in the back side. I think it's super affordable, been here a few times and all of them times were great. The employees are so nice, and welcoming!

Nothing too special about the boba here. The menu was pretty standard, but the boba had good texture. We tried the Oreo milk tea, which didn't really taste like Oreos. The taro milk tea also looks like it was made from a powder. There are better boba places close by, but this place closes a little later. Prices are reasonable.

Went to this place and had high hopes because the reviews had pretty drinks lol. Ordered a passionfruit tea with boba. The drink tasted watered down and the pearls were stuck together. Wouldn't recommend.

Went there 7/29 with out out of town friends and parked behind Vivi tea's parking lot. We parked at 9:30 and by the time we ordered it was 9:36 and we exited the establishment with Vivi boba drinks in hand both of cars were towed. Predatory towing for sure. While the shopkeeper was apologetic. There is no way possible for a tow truck company to randomly start towing patrons cars without confirming with the businesses. A friend of mine got towed while eating inside the Chinese restaurant next door. I hope the commission or kick back you received from the towing company makes up for the bad reviews and lost patrons. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB.

Loved the decor and service was swift but I was disappointed with my matcha tea. We were looking for something different and decided for a stop by amazing enough my matcha didn't taste like matcha. It actually didn't really have matcha flavor so I'm guessing there were more other ingredients than the matcha itself.

Love love love this place! The Oreo Crème Brûlée Milk Tea was amazing and so was the Blue Galaxy Tea! Highly recommend trying both if you haven't already!

Pretty good taro bubble tea, but could have been a bit more heavy on the taro. Feel like I should have got the Thai bubble tea instead. Also, a little pricier than most bubble teas at other places I've been to, but it was a hot day out when I went so either way it was refreshing! And the baristas were very nice and polite.

They will tow your car! It’s a setup DO NOT go to this place they are working with the tow companies. Take your money and when you walk out NO CAR!

Very expensive for the portion you get compared to anywhere in DFW (Texas), I don't know how expensive other places in Orlando generally are, though. However it was easily the richest and best Thai milk tea I have ever had - I had a sample of my friend's taro milk tea and it was also super rich compared to what I'm used to! Highly recommend!

Always a great experience and atmosphere. I love the sitting area where you can just hang out while you wait for you latte or teas to be prepared. They're selection and options are massive. The decor is cute also.
