This place is ridiculous. Came in at exactly 11:02 and was told they weren’t taking orders and if I wanted to order something I had to do it online. Asked if I could dine in and was told I couldn’t because they were closed. Meanwhile there’s people dining in. Never again

While the wings are decent, and emphasis on decent. It's hard to expect much from this side of town but I do feel like there's a standard to uphold. I don't think it makes up for the terrible customer service, long waits and the lack of hygiene this store has. I am not one to leave a bad review because I do believe in second chances but it's been too many misses at this place so I finally decided to write a review. I ordered my food online to skip the wait and although I showed up an hour later to pick it up, my food was not yet ready and I waited about 30 mins. No greeting when you walked in and I couldn't help but notice the EXTREMELY sticky floors, so much so that my sandals would stick to the floor. I asked for my wings to be well done (online) and they still came out soggy as if they had been sitting although I watched them make my order. When I walked in they weren't even working on my order even though there were 5 people in the back. No one was wearing hairnet, touching their faces and cross contaminating they didn't even wash off the bowls between different orders and when another employee walked in she went directly to the food and didn't even bother to wash her hands. I'm highly disappointed in this place because I love Wingstop, I really hope management changes soon and finds better employees who care about their job.

I placed an order at 7:04 for a sandwich, nothing more, it took them 45 minutes to make a singular sandwich, they were standing around, fanning themselves, leaning happily on counters as if they didn't have a line of 10+ people waiting for food, some not even getting their order taken yet, 45 minutes for something to be thrown in a fryer, sauced and on a bun, fries are made in bulk so I'm well aware that "waiting on fresh fries" or any of that sort wasn't the issue. I'm writing this so that people know. There's no such thing as a "quick meal" if you come to this WingStop.

The worst wingstop I ever been to in Florida for take out the wings were burnt and the fries wasn't cooked all the way and they smelled like burnt oil never again

Has anyone actually got a completed order from this place if you aren't hovering over them? This is the second time we ordered delivery in the past 6 months and it both times were unsuccessful. Order chicken tenders, received none the first time. Ordered 5 chicken tenders with veggie stick the second time, received 2 tenders and no veggie sticks. How does this even happy?

Can you please put some Parmesan and garlic to the Parmesan and garlic wings!????! They used to be drown in the sauce soooo good now they are just dry like a rock. I can prob throw it to someone and cause an injury. Jesus Christ ! Is not too much to ask !!

I normally only leave 5 star reviews, but this was ridiculous… We waited an hour for an order we placed online hours in advance. We had a larger group order so we placed that order earlier in the day instead of walking in & placing it so that they would have plenty of time to make the order and we could just walk in & pick it up… nope! We showed up about 5-10 minutes early to our pick up time, and they hadn’t even started our order… they actually said they didn’t have it until we insisted that the order was placed & then they saw the paper slip that they put off to the side & had completely disregarded. The woman we interacted with was rude & unapologetic about the wait or the fact they forgot all about our order. We also asked for drums & flaps and out of 50 wings, we maybe had 10 flaps…

Fat darkskin lady with a scoop of hair has so much attitude, not even professional at all. I also saw her pick her wedgie while putting the sauce on the wings, I can’t make this up. please answer back or I’ll go to corporate about this.

the service is horrible. i order online and came in the store and i still had to wait another 30 minutes because one of the cooks told me they were holding on chicken which does not make sense. So i ask to speak to the manager which she came to the front to talk to me. her name was toni i believe, she apologize for the wait and offer me something extra for wait, so that kind of made my day but still had to wait. The workers are very slow and dont show that they are interested in working there
