The music in this place is so loud that you can't even eat. You really should have a little respect for the customers who are trying to eat and you can't even talk to your companion. It's horrible. The volume level seems like you're in a nightclub. You should. correct this situation. Everything about my experience is 1 star I ordered DoorDash 2.22.24 night time when they were about to close I payed for FLATS ONLY. My order comes and there’s nothing but drums. They gave me whatever they had and the wings were bad they were old the fries horrible I clearly asked for light seasoning and they gave me old dry salty fries. you guys are lazy and couldn’t fry new fries much less Flats. If yall didn’t have flats yall could’ve told my door dasher yall were out but instead yall didn’t so clearly there’s nothing but lazy people working at wingstop if yall hate your job just quit. I’ve been trying to get a hold of a manger and I’ve been calling all day today I’ve called over 10 times and yall just pick up and don’t say nothing I can hear you guys breathing on the line. Again if you hate your job so much just leave there’s people looking for jobs and it’s the lazy people that took all the job. Funny because when I’m on “hold” it’s says the staff are busy frying a new fresh batch of wings or fries. Fresh back where? Yall are nothing but lazy people. I’ve called the phone provided about 10 times, NO answer!! They never answer! Online order didn’t have the boneless option, I was forced to get classic AND pay extra for that when I didn’t want them. You guys suck!
The order wasn't delivered. The delivery person, Maria, tried to lie about it. When she was caught when my husband asked where since he was waiting on order she said, "I don't speak good English." I tried calling location and held for over 30 minutes before hanging up. We ended up going to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner and they were very good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUFFALO WILD WINGS.

They were extremely busy with orders for the BIG GAME, they were a lil overwhelmed with tons of people, they did pretty good getting orders out, food was all correct and very good. Music was on way too loud. Couldn't hardly hear when they called our names. Price is pretty expensive for wings but what isn't anymore.
